It should also be possible to delete items that are no longer needed (e.g. that have been deactivated) or that were created in error.

People are friendly and helpful. One of the few businesses that I do not dread having to call.

A little confusing the differences between the different versions of the product. The web app is a little bit limited.

The only major downside to the desktop version of inFlow was its inability to integrate with an accounting program.

Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.

Salesforce has a lot of capabilities, it covers everything. The leads section was nice, and it was great to be able to create your own sections.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.
