Pros/Cons
Pros
- They listen to any suggestions to improve the program, plus the customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. It has been a great experience working with Realtrac and the support team.
- It has also changed how we manage our inventory by consolidating our warehouse. Realtrac has proven to be an effective tool and everyone in the office enjoys its ease of use.
- The likes, In short, the ability to build and track multi level BOM's while having Shop management, inventory visibility and scheduling features. These have long been the desirable features.
Cons
- However it starts every Saturday and Sunday as well.adding to peoples hours who are not working, which in turn make trying to find the cost of manufacturing useless.
- Inventory is a huge pain, hard to always see if it is accurate. Estimate feature needs a lot of work.
- Inventory system lacks a lot. Job set up is confusing.
Pros
- We love the product - see lots of potential - and have an amazing partnership with the development team.
- Unifize has been a wonderful company to work with from Day 1. Their customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever seen before.
- We enjoy using Unifize and would like for it to be all pervasive in our business from a work flow standpoint, which we are working on implementing.
Cons
- Unifize is a collaborative tool that tears down silos between every department that uses it.
- The more data you have the slow some aspects of the software can be to load, but that can be avoided by searching for occurrences instead of browsing for them.
