  • Improved audience filtering. Artificial intelligence improved over time (updates have been productive).
  • I plan on continuing to use CrawlQ on a regular basis, because it is an affordable and easy-to-use tool that helps me stay focused on my writing.
  • Cons

  • CrawlQ is not some get-rich-quick or magical pill to solve your problem overnight.
  • The main problem people seem to have is they feel overwhelmed and confused when inputting the target customer research.

  • The platform was absolutely new for me, but very easy to understand, user friendly and with lots of helpful functions.
  • It's reliable and has all the perfect options like the ability to moderate (I do the moderating) and chat plus record.
  • Cons

  • I cannot day if there is something missing at this time.
  • As a project-based consulting firm, we struggled to justify signing up for a subscription because we don't know how many interviews we will do in a given month.
