Great tool for capturing quantitative user feedback even while offline

Overall, it is a great tool to gather quantitative feedback - the export options through the dashboard are expansive and we can directly use the data from the server to analyse in SPSS, Excel or R

Pros

We use mQuest frequently to capture user feedback while benchmarking cars for automotive OEMs. Often on German roads, internet connectivity is not sufficient for constant connection with a database server and the mQuest app offers the option to store data locally on the device and to sync later. Also, support from the mQuest team is superb! They do not only take your scripts and implement them but also check them for inconsistencies. We have worked with the team for several years now and can say that it has been a very productive cooperation - we benefited greatly from their cooperation and ideas.

Cons

Scripting survey is not a self-service job (for us) - but the team at mQuest is very responsive and helpful, so this really is not a big issue

Best research tool for offline surveys

It's a good software and mostly quite easy to use. definitely our choice number one for offline research

Pros

The offline usage within mobile devices is a big pro!

Cons

filter definitions are not always easy to setup it would be nice if we could script a bit more - helper variables and things like that

User-friendly software with a competent partner

Pros

mQuest is in general a very user-friendly software. The basic features are easy to use without much experience in programming surveys. Especially options like switching the values of answering options or randomization are easy to use and very appreciated.

Cons

The differentiation of "Filter" and "Filter Pro" is not very intuitive.

Review for customer survey tool mQuest

We did a customer survey on a very big fair. Due to the ease of use and the fast synchronisation of the mQuest we didnt have any problems at all. We recommend mQuest for everyone who not only wants to do a customer survey but also but do not want any hassle with technical background since the technician at mQuest are very reliable and fast.

Pros

Very easy to use. Friendly customer support and fast very fast implentation of the survey.

Cons

Everything is fine! There are no negative points.

Easy to use!

Pros

The Company provides very good informations abouts its product and is very supportive from start to end of the project. You get the adjusments you need for your survey. Everthing ist easy to use: Programming the questionaire , setting the app on the tablets, downloading your questionaire on the tablets, using the app for the survey, managing the data and downloading it and so on. And the best: You can carry out the survey without having internet. As soon as your tablet hast internet you can synchronize the data.

Cons

There is nothing that i don't like about the software. Everything was fine.

Pros

Great product. Very easy handling and reliable also under hard conditions. Great on site support from the cluetec Team. I would recommend any time.

Cons

Multifunctional, fast and amazing support

It's current usage is intended for Quality-Reviews in public-transport-Systems.

Pros

The multitude of options for customazation and usability together with the highly motivated support staff make mQuest a very convincing product. The overall balanced design, offer of Features, quick reaction time and Hands-on-Approach of the staff are proof, why cluetec's mQuest got adopted by many german companies which belong to the who-is-who of the german economy.

Cons

From this customers Point of view there is nothing to be missed. I'd rather say nothing here instead of starting with nitpicking.

Thats the PORSCHE under the app based offline survey softwares

Luxury functions, fast, native programmed, offline usable,you can use it for so many different types of researches, video and foto and scan , signature functions. Its a bit higher priced but therefore you get simply the best app software on the market. So, like when you buy a Porsche or Mercedes you get quality. Thats mQuest, also the support. We are happy.
