Good if you're a fan of the Adobe Suite

Pros

Allows for easy collaboration and accessibility with cloud function. Good for a lot of creative marketing teams, as it integrates with Photoshop, etc. quite well.

Cons

As with Adobe, there's always a learning curve to their applications. I'm also not a fan of how Adobe has moved to an exclusively subscription based service.

Pros

Adobe Marketing Cloud is very effective in my Marketing department. As an Director of Marketing i should be the one who will introduce to my team what software should will help our workload and will benefit our market.

Cons

In 2 years of using Adobe Marketing Cloud its hard to say that it has an issue in our team because this software benefits us a lot.

Pros

With Adobe Campaign, I had the opportunity to create excellent campaigns. Excellent integration with CRM software. It is possible to attach several documents simultaneously.

Cons

To find out how to fully use the software, I had to look through a lot of educational materials on YouTube, which required a considerable amount of time.

Attract more B2B clients with great brochures and Ads

Pros

It's a great application for sending agreement documents online. The PDF and Esignature help me accomplish my admin tasks easily and effectively. It simplifies the process which allows me to serve more clients. I often use Adobe Marketing Cloud for my Marketing campaign because the features allow you to create marketing brochures and newsletters that fit your target thus more customer engagement. In one tool, you can easily manage your email, ads, and campaign brochures. Its templates and content have designs suitable for businesses and professionals.

Cons

The pricing can be costly but it is a good investment because of quality of its digital content. There are tools for marketing that can be at no cost but what you if you would compare, this software would attract more clients for your business.

Excellent multi-cloud platform

Pros

Adobe Campaign has an attractive design and an intuitive interface that makes it easy for us to perform the necessary actions. It took a little time to study it.

Cons

Sometimes when working with an application, there are some problems in sound reproduction. It also happens that Adobe servers crash when organizing mailing via email, which is why not all of our partners receive letters.

Too big to be smooth

Pros

You can do everything in Adobe ecosystem for marketing - from content management, through some degree of automation, e-mail campaigns, CRM etc. It is similar solution to Salesforce with all the pros and cons of it.

Cons

Regarding the cons - it is pricey, not only in use (monthly), but also the implementation and - especially - the integration part. And if you need to customize it, it is even more pricey. Absolutely not suitable for smaller businesses.

Great social management platform

Pros

I am just starting to use this platform for the past 2 months and so far, it has exceeded my expectations. The ability to manage various marketing campaigns across different social media platforms effectively makes this a must use app for all digital marketers.

Cons

I am still exploring and there are still a lot of features that I have not tapped on. Again this is another Adobe product that is feature rich with a steeper learning curve.

Pros

Adobe Campaign has a fairly intuitive interface, so I can easily select the necessary actions in it without spending a lot of time on their search. Available a huge number of functions we need.

Cons

Often, Nvidia GPU drivers crash, which is why you need to restart your computer. At times, video and audio are unstable and slightly slow.

Adobe tools have everything film maker needs.

A great, solid and focused video conferencing app

Pros

As a client of Adobe Social I like the major options the program offers. The major advantage is the convenience of an Adobe Social meeting and fairly easy to use. We can use multiple webcams, I am able to upload meeting slides and presentations before the webinar. Adobe Social is currently the best and recommended webinar solution.

Cons

It is really hard to find out any disadvantages for this software, but sometimes video and audio are slow and choppy. Sometimes there are some sound issues. Our out-of-house guests should be able to hear us clearly. There are also some connection errors. But, in general I can say that I didn’t find any difficulties or problem during using Adobe Social.

Newer tools out there

Pros

Adobe did well by getting this product out on the market when Facebook advertising was really just starting to begin.

Cons

The app feels very dated, and most of what you can do in this app can be natively managed from Facebook/ Instagram itself now. Even if you wanted a integrated version of all the social media advertising platforms, there are cheaper/ better alternatives on the market now.

Adobe Campaign is a Top-Notch CRM

Really, really great product. We moved from a legacy CRM tool that provided us with almost no analytics, and their team wouldn't truly support the legacy CRM that we we're using (somewhat understandable). Adobe has really great campaign building tools, a solid wiziwig feature that allowed us to outsource some work. I also really enjoy the interface and email sending features. Solid product and I would recommend. However, make sure your contract is very detailed and your document of work is itemized and specific.

Pros

Easy of use and training. Also really enjoy the analytics features.

Cons

The Customer Support can be somewhat suspect at times, but their implementation team was helpful. Also, everything will cost money (although this should go without saying for any mainstay company of Adobe's size)

You can do amazing work with it

A very pretty design and clear interface ,which enables you to easily pick the actions you desire . How specific you can get with your preference before beginning the actual campaign is the biggest pro for me .

Cons

You're paying a premium just because there is an "Adobe"ahead of "Campaign". It is a great program ,but there options that do the same work ,for a lot less money

I like it great app like every adobe product ,sadly is not what I need for my company

I would like to say that I'm using the app, sadly for the size of my company and our number of clients is not the right app, I'm sure that for a bigger company with more resources than mine would work fantastic, I hope one day my business will be big enough to use this awesome app.

Pros

Has so many features and ways to reach costumers, provide what they need, once you are able to know your way around the app is so fantastic, only need to work once and them just press send!

Cons

To know your way around the software requires a lot of time and watch a lot of tutorial in Youtube, it can slow down your process and sometimes you need to go back and watch again sometimes even more than twice.

Cons

Among the shortcomings of Adobe Campaign, I want to point out the reporting tool. When creating personalized reports, difficulties often arise: malfunctions, loss of important statistical data, etc.

We use the Adobe Campaign application to organize our marketing campaigns. The service allows you to receive detailed statistics on each channel to attract customers: e-mail marketing, advertising in social networks, participation in exhibitions, etc. A feature is available to automate basic marketing campaign settings.

awesome solution for running marketing campaign emails

Easy to create workflows for executing marketing campaigns, you can see the workflow, control your cohorts and edit whenever required.

Cons

It needs a bit of advance user skills to use the software, and sometimes gets messy if we cannot troubleshoot
