I will be the first one in line in 3-4 years once they've gone through a few more cycles with this product. I can see the potential coming and it's going to be amazing!

Pros

I am one of the marketers who is waiting with bated breath for Adobe to get this platform right! I tried so hard to fall in love with the Adobe suite of CMS and marketing automation during a recent RFP process, and couldn't quite get there. While the possibilities are truly endless for this platform it really needs a bit more refinement to ensure that all the parts work together flawlessly.

Cons

So much great functionality, but there are some definite growing pains integrating with other Adobe products and external systems. So disappointing!

I took the time and downloaded the software since I heard from a friend it was a great tool to have. Once I did I saw how complex the dashboard and features were and honestly I couldn't keep up with it.

Cons

I never really got to use the software per se. I honestly left it there until many months passed and i erased it and switched back the one I had before. I like simple go-to things and this one was out of my reach, personally.

Pros

Adobe excels at simple to decipher UI. Of the three marketing platforms I've used, the Adobe Marketing Cloud is the most intuitive and logical in it's approach.

Cons

Adobe support isn't the most responsive or charismatic. Forums and other user experiences are where you'll find the bulk of knowledge and learning.

Endless customizations can give you to more data than you need. If you don't have an plan in place for analytics you'll end up a victim of "analysis-paralysis"

All kinds of benefits. It greatly increases my productivity and gives me the ability to refine my reporting and data analysis. Most of the benefits were named in the Pros section of my review, so I won't go into much detail here, but I will say that the utility of Adobe Analytics has been proved time and again. I would say the value that it adds to my organization is worth the money, and more. One thing that I forgot to mention in the Pros section is Adobe Target. We implemented this tool around 2 years ago and it's vastly expanded our testing capabilities. This is especially helpful when working with our product team. The results of testing help us evaluate the impact of product features in an efficient and effective manner.

Pros

The tool is amazingly flexible. The possibilities for segment creation in order to refine your data for ad hoc analysis and reporting are endless. The different tools that you can use for ad hoc analysis, visualizations, pulling clickstream data, and creating reports are comprehensive. Adobe consistently updates Analytics with new and useful features. I am constantly discovering new tools that help make my job easier and help make me more effective at my job. Scheduling reports is easy and flexible. The customer service is great as well - fast, reliable, and highly communicative. Last, but not least, is the tool Report Builder that integrates with Excel. You can automatically pull Adobe report into Excel which makes analytics reporting way easier.

Cons

Sometimes Adobe Analytics can be slow, and sometimes certain tools will simply not work. I've been frustrated on occasion when I receive constant errors in the Workspace module. This is rare, but when it happens it significantly disrupts my workflow. Data Warehouse can also be very slow. It is not an agile tool, at least not as agile as I need it to be sometimes. Also, I frequently get logged out of my account after a short time of inactivity.

Adobe Campaign is a true development platform. For extremely custom solutions, it can be very powerful (provided the right hardware is chosen for on-premise solutions). The data model provides a lot of flexibility, which gives it a leg up on some of Campaign's direct competitors.

Lots of bugs, lack of proper documentation and tutorials makes it difficult for users to achieve the results we ultimately need to.

Tracking traffic on my site can provide a lot of rich insight and Adobe has allowed me to do that. It was tough to get a handle of at first, but now that it's ready, there's a lot that can be useful with it.

Pros

Probably one of the best features of Adobe Analytics is the ability to track eCommerce funnels. This has been bread-and-butter for Adobe for a long time. Also, Adobe can integrate with a lot of 3rd party tools which gives it an edge over Google if you don't use any Google products.

Cons

Just like any software, it has to be managed. Adobe Analytics is very robust in features, but if you do not do your tag management right, if you don't set-up your reporting and measurements, or do your visualization tables properly, you really defeats the purpose of its use cases.

It has a nice interface and presents the data in an easy to understand way. In addition, the possibility of downloading any type of graphic in different formats makes the task of reporting much simpler. The filter tabs are another high point of the tool, with the possibility to filter between many metrics, create segments and quickly access the sections that we use the most.

Cons

One challenge I see is the speed of the platform. At times when you are working with real time data or big data sets the platform seems to lag a bit. Sometimes it is difficult to work with if this problem occurs frequently.
Secondly, though it is supported all over the word, however available in no language other than English.

We are able to create campaigns for our clients that we otherwise would have never been able to create, especially given the multiple platforms that are available to us. Combined with great analytics Campaign makes this a one stop shop for us.

Pros

I like the fact that i can hit multiple channels without using multiple platforms. We are able to create complex campaigns for our clients easily making us heroes in the eyes of our cilents!

Cons

I can't think of much of anything that i don't like about Campaign, the price is a little high but you get what you pay for!

Great tool for allowing data visualization to come to life in a nontraditional way. Adobe has been known for catering to the creative community and continues to do so but incorporating data visual storytelling into the mix.

Cons

This is the first round of the app. It is still very much in its infancy and is limited in certain functions when compared to counterparts such as Power BI.

Some things have to be done in another software in conjunction rather than this software having all available.

Cons

Because of the huge functionality initially software may seem quite complicated. For comfortable use it is necessary to know the special terminology.
