    My favorite thing about Adobe Analytics is their real time reporting.

    Pros

    This is the best analytics software on the market, in my opinion.
    The dashboard allows you to easily manage & automate company email, adverts, and implementation campaigns.
    You can also easily access to your followers/audience profiles.
    Gives you analytics in a user friendly and understandable format.

    Cons

    If you are used to free analytics then you may not be as willing to pay for this software.
    In the beginning you need to take the time familiarize yourself with the new software, in order to use all the added benefits.

    Adobe Marketing Cloud softwares are pretty easy to use even for a first timer. If you can't figure out how to do something, just Google it. I've been able to do it every single time.

    I got a better marketing management for my product. This really helps me to reach my customers and give them a better experiencie

    Pros

    You can get a lot of useful information from this product, not only limiting the new elements of your page, but it also offers a complete history to observe all your progress. In addition, it incorporates a geographic reporting system and that allows me to know who sees my product and where.

    A tool that I consider important (at least in my case) is the possibility of graphing all the analytical reports. I'm not good with the numbers but this tool has allowed me to better understand the growth of my page.

    Cons

    Despite the good functioning of the product, it is not easy to use and requires training for its use. It would be perfect if it were a bit more friendly in that way.

    This has been the best Analytics tool so far, but there are new players coming into the market, which provide amazing video content tracking features. Conviva is an example, much easier for QA and Data research teams. Adobe Analytics must come-up with an easy way to implement VHL to match Conviva. Still There is no match of Adobe in terms of Page level and interaction tracking.

    Pros

    1. Kind of page view and Interaction tracking it provides is unmatched.
    2. Adobe Omniture dashboard is very easy to use and an excellent report generator.
    3. Large array of custom events provided by Adobe is another great help.
    4. For years, Adobe Analytics has been our best partner for video and Live content tracking.
    5. Being an Employee of one of the biggest Media and Entertainment company of the world, I have enjoyed working on Adobe Anayltics and have used many features if not all.
    6. Their scope is so huge that it takes a decade to make use of all of them, but thumbs up to them.

    Cons

    1. Now a days Organizations are mving to VHL (video heartbeat tracking) from regular Video tracking of Adobe beacons.
    2. Testing VHL is a real pain with Charles proxy or other debugging tools.
    Although Adobe has launched an in-house tool to validate them, but we are still away to use that.
    3. Also, Processing rules is a good feature by Adobe, but it actually creates problems for QA teams. since all variables looks good to them but later they are sometime messed up due to the processing rules.

    Adobe Analytics is very user friendly. This tool provides good pattern visualization using bar graphs, pie charts etc. Generating reports using it very easy and generation of key performance indexes can also be done.

    Cons

    It took a while to get familiar with the this tool. Sometimes when data is big, this tools lag in performance. It do analysis at slow speed. This delay is very annoying. No search capability of its own exist in this tool.

    The integration is the real value if you're using several tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Target, etc. If you're not, you'd be fine with Google Analytics.

    Pros

    As a user of several integrated Adobe tools, Adobe Analytics is key to getting the most of our certain functions, passing data between them. Without AA, it would be difficult to do quite a lot of what we do.

    Cons

    As a user of Google Analytics, AA can take some getting used to, not just because things are done differently, but also because it's not easy to get directly to some of the same data easily found in Google Analytics.

    If you can afford it and if it makes sense for your business I recommend using Adobe Marketing Suite.

    Pros

    Adobe products provide you will all the tools you need to monitor analytics from all your marketing channels. The data is able to be easily extracted and interpreted.

    Cons

    You can get much of the same data by using Google Analytics for free however Adobe is meant for businesses with large data which is why you pay the higher prices.

    We used the software to find out what are customers were doing and then optimize our website to make sure we catered to those needs. Without analytics software you are flying blind to the real activities of your customers.

    Pros

    I liked all the integrated tools and features. You can get different views and customer segments and then setup specific metrics to track what your customers are doing or what you think they are doing.

    Cons

    There is a big learning curve to using Adobe Analytics, especially if you are used to programs like Webtrends or Google Analytics.

    Adobe Marketing Cloud offers excellent analytics and reports. It offers strong email and social media marketing. It is very useful in search engine optimization, website development and optimizing the landing page of website . It is one of the best marketing tool.

    Cons

    Adobe Marketing Cloud is not a free tool, it require payment. It is a complicated tool to work on. I find Google Analytics little user friendly

    To collect statistics on the operation of sites and their attendance, Adobe Analytics, I use in parallel with Google Analytics and only then I manage to get a complete picture on which to plan the development and promotion of my web projects.     I love Adobe softwares! And this one does not disappoint. The multiple features and capabilities with this product are endless! I can't say enough great things about Adobe Marketing Cloud, perfect for email tracking and marketing efforts.

    Cons

    The only downfall with this software, as well as all Adobe softwares is that it is really hard to get ahold of customer service compared to some smaller software companies.

    - has the intuitive UX that you come to expect from Adobe products. Very slick, attractive interface that is easy to use and fun to learn
    - vast array of essential marketing tools, from analytics to campaign management. Also includes some very nice to have features, such as a mobile app, customisation and personalisation options
    - integrations with other products is invaluable

    Cons

    - the price is steep, but considering the brand name and the fantastic functionality, it is not a surprise. Definitely not a solution for small marketing depts
    - the sheer amount of functions in this product may be intimidating to some and put them off
