awesome solution for running marketing campaign emails

Pros

Easy to create workflows for executing marketing campaigns, you can see the workflow, control your cohorts and edit whenever required.

Cons

It needs a bit of advance user skills to use the software, and sometimes gets messy if we cannot troubleshoot

Excellent Full-suite Cloud Platform

For any real marketing department, this is a comprehensive suite and a must have. The capabilities are amazing and worth learning.

Pros

This software was extremely easy to learn. There are multiple free templates available in the App Store as well. There are also numerous tutorials on YouTube and from Adobe. But easy to load and go.

Cons

The price can be a hindrance for small businesses so depends on what you really need. If you’re not going to learn how to use all the features than might be better off with a cheaper option.

Connection through all channels with efficiency

Maintain a marketing through email, knowing the details of customers, easy to use, practical and recommended for its simple technology functions.

Pros

I like that it allows me to visualize the client in all the channels in a single screen, allowing to automate the campaigns and mailings in a systematized way. It allows data connectors in the audience. In addition, its system is very simple and friendly to handle.

Cons

Even though it seems very complete, I could add the synchronization with social networks in order to reach a larger audience, providing the benefits of the product to a wider audience.

Great All-in-One Marketing Tool

Pros

Great one stop shop to be able to set up digital marketing campaigns. It makes it easy to have everything in one place.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve when you begin using this software. It takes some time to get used to but once you are able to learn how to use it, it's effective.

Overall happy but may move to something more powerful in future.

Pros

Ui and Workflow interface is phenomenal. Workflow has increased productivity since last update.

Cons

My head of marketing had issues understanding the front end. Monthly subscription is always a hassle.

Not similar to other Adobe products!

Pros

It's a very powerful platform that allows to create amazing campaigns. It works great for both marketing and sales.

Cons

If you're not a developer, it can be difficult to use it as sometimes it requires coding, SQL, etc. Not what I expected.

Pros

It works great for our marketing as it allows to send advanced email campaigns with excellent tracking capabilities.

Cons

It works very slow when I upload high-quality images, hate this. But everything else works perfectly​.

Adobe E-sign

Pros

I use adobe e-sign to send new hire documents to all new employees and this software is very convenient and easy to use. You can attach multiple documents at the same time and still send heavy sized files in fraction of seconds. You can store multiple templates to the library and can send documents to multiple people at the same time thru mega sign feature.

Cons

A little complicated dashboard since they highlight all the features of the product on a single page.

One of the best marketing cloud marketing platform on the market.

Pros

Adobe Marketing cloud is a full marketing suite highly customizable for Adobe company fans. The solution they propose is available on multiple devices and OS (Linux, MAC, PC and web) and easily integrates with other tools from Adobe Suite.

Cons

It can be expensive for small businesses. Reporting and analytics are not too flexible for everyone.

Pros

Adobe Marketing Cloud is the undeniable leader in this space. The company is very innovative and gets you the features you need.

Cons

There honestly isn't a clear and major downside. There are some minor qualms about the user interface, but details, really.

Pros

This is the best analytics software on the market, in my opinion.
The dashboard allows you to easily manage & automate company email, adverts, and implementation campaigns.
You can also easily access to your followers/audience profiles.
Gives you analytics in a user friendly and understandable format.

Cons

If you are used to free analytics then you may not be as willing to pay for this software.
In the beginning you need to take the time familiarize yourself with the new software, in order to use all the added benefits.

Adobe Marketing Cloud softwares are pretty easy to use even for a first timer. If you can't figure out how to do something, just Google it. I've been able to do it every single time.

The perfect tool for marketing analysis

If you can afford it and if it makes sense for your business I recommend using Adobe Marketing Suite.

Pros

Adobe products provide you will all the tools you need to monitor analytics from all your marketing channels. The data is able to be easily extracted and interpreted.

Cons

You can get much of the same data by using Google Analytics for free however Adobe is meant for businesses with large data which is why you pay the higher prices.
