Great tool and account management

Our experience with Lead Forensics has been great. It has really helped us to work more effectively across the marketing and sales teams, and informing our campaign plans. Our Customer Success Manager has really taken the time to get to know our business and customer base, offering suggestions on how we can improve our content and user experience.

Lead Forensics is a user friendly tool that gives valuable insight into who's visiting at your website and what they're looking at. We have a monthly call with our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], to go through our monthly visits, see who's of interests and where we could improve our website/content. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great at helping us learn new ways to get the most of the platform and has been a great support in when we're launching new campaigns or setting up new web tools.

Cons:

No major cons at all with the platform. We'd like to be able to integrate fully with our CRM system but there are work arounds and the insights from the tool far outweigh this.

Reasons for switching to Lead Forensics

The data was unreliable and we weren't getting the insights we wanted. The user interface to our taste either.

What I liked most about Lead Forensics was how easy it made it to see which companies were engaging with our business online. The site is easy navigate and manage for a small business like ourselves. It’s been really useful for monitoring who has viewed quotes, tracking engagement when we’re directing people to our website, and identifying potential opportunities that we may otherwise have missed. The platform gives us valuable insight into how prospects are interacting with us, which has helped us target our sales efforts more effectively. \[sensitive content hidden\] have also been brilliant throughout and always checking in regularly, discussing plans and bringing fresh ideas for targeting new sales opportunities and improving engagement. Their proactive support and account and subscription management has helped us get most value from the platform.

Cons:

The only small critique would be that, at times, there can be a lot of data to work through, so filtering and prioritising the most relevant leads can take a bit of time initially. However, once you get familiar with the platform and refine your targeting, it becomes much easier to manage and we are working through these with our account managers to iron out the details to get the best out of the data we input and are given

One of the things i like most about Lead Forensics is the ability to search for additional contacts for organisations, that we may not be able to find using other sources.

Cons:

Something I have felt is a negative ( But may be outside of anybody's control to change ) is the ability to see who has been viewing our website within an organisation. We face a lot of obstacles when contacting these companies, trying to reach the person who has visited the site.

Easy to use and understand, VERY insightful and interesting, shining lights on data that would have otherwise been missed.

Cons:

We use it slightly differently to how most people would. I think for how most people would use it, it ticks the boxes. For how we use it, we need an extra layer of manual exports/imports, not a big issue though

Lead Forensics is very easy to use. It allows us to find customers with buying intent by setting up the product to show prospects on key buying pages such as pricing. It helps to find the needle in the haystack by pointing to which haystack the needle is in.

Cons:

It doesn't identify every single visitor that comes to the site which is a pity but understandable as more people work from home.

I find Leaf Forensics to be helpful in identifying prospects and also understanding existing customers.

Cons:

There are a few hiccups we are working through. Some contacts we are given on the credits have said the details were their personal details, not business which made them concerned. this is being investigated by Lead Forensics.
