Great tool and account management

Our experience with Lead Forensics has been great. It has really helped us to work more effectively across the marketing and sales teams, and informing our campaign plans. Our Customer Success Manager has really taken the time to get to know our business and customer base, offering suggestions on how we can improve our content and user experience.

Lead Forensics is a user friendly tool that gives valuable insight into who's visiting at your website and what they're looking at. We have a monthly call with our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], to go through our monthly visits, see who's of interests and where we could improve our website/content. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great at helping us learn new ways to get the most of the platform and has been a great support in when we're launching new campaigns or setting up new web tools.

Cons:

No major cons at all with the platform. We'd like to be able to integrate fully with our CRM system but there are work arounds and the insights from the tool far outweigh this.

Reasons for switching to Lead Forensics

The data was unreliable and we weren't getting the insights we wanted. The user interface to our taste either.

Much improved software and reporting

Very good experience so far, trainers are very helpful and want you to get the best out of the product. Certainly has improved functionality and reporting since we last had it. Very easy to set up. Training is constantly available. Pricing there or there-abouts for this type of software, so currently competitive.

It's previously always been an issue finding appropriate contacts in large organisations, now with the Linkedin and email contacts area this becomes far easier and more useful for follow up calls. Email reports are great for reporting.

Cons:

Can be a little slow to load if spanning over a long period of time. The main problem with all these types of software is getting our own sales people to buy into it and use it effectively.

Pros:

Lead Forensics is easy to use, with video guides attached to every piece of functionality, which has allowed our team to work autonomously from day one. The level of insight on site visits is excellent. Being able to see the specific keywords used in our SEM ads, as well as identifying visits originating from AI search, gives us a new layer of intelligence for the ongoing optimisation of those channels. The support from our account manager, Leon, has been outstanding. 99% of the time he finds an immediate solution to whatever challenge we raise, and the remaining 1% tends to relate to a feature already on the roadmap. He has made the whole process significantly easier.

Cons:

The platform generates a large volume of data. This is a strength overall, but it can feel overwhelming at first, and it takes time to learn where everything lives within the interface.

Pros:

One of the things i like most about Lead Forensics is the ability to search for additional contacts for organisations, that we may not be able to find using other sources.

Cons:

Something I have felt is a negative ( But may be outside of anybody's control to change ) is the ability to see who has been viewing our website within an organisation. We face a lot of obstacles when contacting these companies, trying to reach the person who has visited the site.

The platform is easy to use and the support has been excellent. Information is laid out clearly and is easy to find.

Cons:

You can't see the person that was on the site, but I completely understand why this is. It can take a few seconds for the visitor list to load when the date range is adjusted.

Reasons for switching to Lead Forensics

Didn't identify as many visits, would push through data we couldn't use such as ISP's and interface wasn't easy to use.

It provides clear insights into which companies visit our website, which pages they view (page insights), and where those visitors come from. This allows us to follow up in a much more targeted way and respond to genuine interest. The result is a more effective sales approach and more proactive account management.

Cons:

One downside is that the pricing can feel high relative to the measurable return, especially when not all identified leads convert into concrete sales opportunities.

I have used Lead Forensics in so many ways to evaluate the progress of our SEO efforts, to my conference attendance and outreach. I feel there is still a lot I can use the tool for, especially now that I am starting to leverage different outreach campaigns to advertise our products etc. I haven't done much outreach on leads generated directly from Lead Forensics yet, but it has helped me to prioritise meetings at partnering conferences. I will be doing more going forward though.

Cons:

Sometimes when very large companies and corporates are on our website, it is almost impossible to find the right person or department to reach out to.

Meaningful insights for sales, marketing and customer service

It has been game changing for our startup. We have visibility of where our limited budgets should be spent while also being able to start a conversation with prospects via LinkedIn contact info that Lead Forensics has provided. The Customer Success Managers at Lead Forensics are superb. They help us get the most from the tool and also make useful suggestions on how we can improve and get maximum return on our investment in the product. It definitely feels like you have another team member rather than a sales rep helping you.

Pros:

Lead Forensics has given us actionable insight on our marketing activities that we would otherwise have not had visibility of. We have defined a process for our sales team to reach out to engaged prospects that have not form filled and have had great success in building pipeline in a more proactive way. It has also enabled us to review customer engagement levels meaning that we can check in with them and manage any issues almost before they arise. Critically, the tool provides visibility of marketing spend that is working, without form fills. This means we can adjust our efforts to encourage that and invest further in what we can see is gaining interest. Lead Forensics is a great all-round tool for tracking campaign and other marketing efforts without the need to sit and wait for people to trigger forms or reach out via other contact channels.

Cons:

The visitor view can be a little slow to load.

Better interface, better data demonstrated during trial phase and much better service from Lead Forensics staff.

Customer service response time is awesome. 5/5. Needed help updating a few items on the portal and had the option to submit to our Customer Support Rep or just send a quick message within the portal.

Cons:

There is a learning curve to the product but it can be a very useful business tool! Would advise companies to take advantage of their monthly 1 on 1's to maximize the tool.

Easy to use, outstanding Account Management support, regular meetings, ideas as to how to use the data available. Provides good information for marketing team to see who is visiting the site and what pages are visitors reading. Having access to potential contacts by job title within the visiting companies is a powerful tool for marketing. Love the reports that can come direct to my email, I read these every day and know at an instant who is visiting the site.

Cons:

Building the reports is good, but finding the tools on the navigation bar can be confusing. On the whole though its straightforward to use. Least like about Lead Forensics - nothing a good tool to use.
