I really don't have anything that I don't like about the process and the software.

Data loading into Levitate from our client management system sometimes isn't correct - I've been hesitant to use automation because of this.

The platform is super simple and easy to use because they support you like a champ along the way. The platform is excellent but the service and support is twice as good.

Also, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has made our experience with Levitate an amazing one. She's very accommodating & always so helpful.

That it's not able to guess and fix our mistakes.

Levitate has been fantastic. Easy to use tools and features, but what I like best is the support I get on a regular basis from my product manager and anytime I need help.

Levitate makes it so easy for me to send email campaigns and know what my results are. I can always get questions answered quickly.

Levitate has been a great tool for retention by maintaining contact. The customer support offered by Levitate is outstanding form initial on-boarding to day-to-day support and maintenance.

The pre-set campaigns are a great jumping-off spot for me, the fact that I can edit existing campaigns is super easy, and let's me add my personal touch.

I really enjoy using the Connect product. It allows us to quickly communicate via text and email to our over 500 apartments.

So easy to use and the ability to send a text/email to many without it being on a group reply is fantastic.

I love that this software gives me the ability to select what users I want to send a notification to, whether its prospects, residents or certain groups, I don't have to select all.

I genuinely don't think I have anything bad to say about Notifii.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

Very happy with the product. I use this daily to communicate with my residents.

I love how easy it is to use. It helps to be able to go back to past correspondence with residents and reuse it.
