it allows me to stay in touch with my entire network of contacts and, in turn, to reach out to 3os in order to increase my reach, contacts and collaborators. it is the perfect tool to create a community and interact with it.

I liked the ease of use and the LinkedIn integration. It was very straightforward on how to gather contact info and reach out to individuals.

Cons:

The biggest con is that everything was handled within LinkedIn. This isn't my preferred way of cold contacting someone but this is a great way for some people. I feel like it has a lot to do with your personality and industry.

I love how easy it is to find targeted prospects using advanced search filters. The ability to track lead activity, get real-time updates, and save potential clients in lists has been a huge time-saver. It also integrates well with other tools I use, like CRM platforms.

Cons:

It can be a bit expensive for smaller teams or individuals, and the platform occasionally has a steep learning curve for newcomers. Also, exporting data directly from Sales Navigator is limited compared to some other sales tools. The Ui isn't super user friendly.

This is a crucial tool for me to find new contacts to engage with and understand where they are located geographically. This is for net new business and returning customers to ensure I have a grasp on the growth of the client and where they are positioned in the market.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with Sales Nav, but Linkedin overall has become a cesspool for political statements and junk that has nothing to do with the current corporate climate. I wish I could turn much of the noise off.

The ease of search and ability for our reps to make lead lists and manage their prospects right within the tool is key to our GTM process

Cons:

The admin work of onboarding reps tends to run into errors with validations and user identity checks. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, we can have onboarding reps locked out of the tool for days which hinders our ability to ramp them fast.
