- It is great tool to reach to your desired audience. You can integrate multiple social media accounts easily and you can set up and optimize quickly so that it will give good ROI.

- Though , we felt that pricing is not quite clear and there are some hidden fees attached to subscription which often pose problems sometime.

Pros
- I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.
- I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.
Cons
- This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.
- I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
