Our overall experience has been positive. Our marketing team is able to put up big pipeline numbers on a quarterly basis thanks to Metadata.

The fact that I can create extremely targeted audiences based on firmographics, intent, etc. It also integrates with my CRM which is really helpful.

The onboarding and customer service has been great and very helpful as well.

The lead enrichment is great and we have seen some very high quality leads come through our lead gen efforts with Metadata.

The other feature that's amazing is their ability to match B2B audiences on Facebook. It's often difficult for B2B advertisers to generate meaningful segments, aligned to ABM accounts on Facebook.

I love the audience creation functionality as well as our ability to test dozens of top of funnel offers with each audience.

The budget and bidding section is a bit confusing, even after having worked in it this long.

They offer flexible ways to targeting your account list on different digital channels. I can optimize and control the investment per campaign/segment.

I also find the audience tool to be very weak. Using Tradedesk, LinkedIn and Facebook through Metadata provided weaker results than using the native platform.

I feel more confident that we're making data-informed decisions to optimize our marketing mix and build a reliable growth machine for our ABM.

The software is extremely unreliable, half of the time you get server errors or the whole platform is down. There is also very little customization built into the platform.

The current library features are clunky and slightly difficult to use.

You really have to learn the back end of higher logic to make changes which can be very confusing.
