How easy it is to use and to access. Love that you can pre-generate templates and It shows who has opened and read the messages.

No real cons, but setting up the intake of contacts was a little difficult.

What I like about Notifii connect it is Easy to navigate.

Correcting spelling errors does not work well.

Great experience customer services is always available.

I like how easy it is to log mail. And how quick and easy it is to notify people about the mail they receive.

It has really been helpful in aiding our communication with all the residents at our apartment community. The residents have been very happy with our quick responses to their inquiries.

It is user friendly and being able to go back to the history. I also love that it sends a text as well as an email.

I really enjoy using the Connect product. It allows us to quickly communicate via text and email to our over 500 apartments.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

Whippy is rolling out new features fairly quickly. I sometimes might miss a communication about it and therefore miss out on using the new feature.

I like that there are easy useable templates. I also like that campaigns are so easy to edit and use.

The only downside is that Whippy does what we tell it to do and sometimes, user errors can occur.

I think many people/messages get lost when we have so many coming in and are not able to look through every single one or they sit in there for several days.

Customer Service is incredible. The team is always available to assist you with any questions and is always open to feedback to improve the product.

I find it a little annoying that as soon as someone I have been chatting with texts me the system sends me a text and doesn't give me a chance to check on my own.

What I like most about whippy is the fact that you can send a mass text and schedule if you want to send that text later. I also like the mobile app.
