Easy to use and draw reports from and also it is quite affordable in comparison to their competition considering what you get with your monthly subscription (Email + SMS + Push). Furthermore, it is quite powerful with the automation flows and segmentation options we currently have available. #### Cons Some integrations to a few 3rd party apps are missing, so make sure that your tech stack integrates natively before committing. For the majority of the apps we have used it has not been a problem to be honest. Also, it is not as "sand-boxy" as Klaviyo, which is usually the case for the more complex automation flows we occasionally needed to create in the past (but covered without any hassle the 95-98% of the other automation needs we had). Not a dealbreaker, but I've found most email marketing platforms also provide an SMTP integration for the websites they're connecting to. So we actually have to use a free tier of a competing email marketing service to handle this particular functionality. It would be nice to have this all under "one roof", so to speak. Reporting is a bit basic on the standard plan, requiring a fairly significant cost-per-month increase to access what they call "advanced reporting" in their Pro plan. I don't use it to its full potential but I have enjoyed using it over the years and send things out via Omnisend daily. #### Cons For my more limited use, based in South Africa where the $ is much stronger than the local currency, it's a bit expensive for my business. #### Reasons for choosing Omnisend Easy to use and integrate with Shopify. Easy to make customer segments and flows/automations. Overall good email platform. #### Cons Seemed more features and integrations were available with klaviyo.
