A Must Have For Facebook Groups
Love this tool - it is great for managing/posting for social media shares FB groups! We manage a number of these groups where we have at least 10 daily posts that instruct our members about times to post to a variety of social media campaigns. We struggled with remembering to do the background work - OneUp took away all of the headache! Easy, peasy - quick to set up and never a failure to post!
PROSThe scheduling of FB posts was an answer to our prayers! It was easy to establish, set up, create posts and manage across the team. Very cost appropriate - and the tool offers a lot of answers to scheduling headaches.
CONSThat it didn't make my coffee! No, seriously, nothing bad at all!

New to OneUp but liking it so far
Since signing up, I've been able to easily get content created and scheduled. It even syncs with Google Drive to make adding media to my social posts that much easier. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were both available to answer questions for me through live chat, as well, which was nice!
PROSI like that I am able to easily repeat posts and hashtags, add new social media accounts, and see clear previews of how my content will appear. This tool does exactly what I need it to and it costs less than many of its competitors.
CONSI took one star off for ease of use. Perhaps it's because I am new to OneUp, but some of the layouts do not seem immediately intuitive to me. Takes me a sec to figure out where things are.

OneUp offers similar features (and more) at better prices. OneUp also has a lot of great online reviews.
Reasons for switching to OneUp
Hootsuite wants way too much money for a product that does less of what I need it to compared to OneUp.

Thumbs down for OneUp
OneUp wasn't a bad tool, it just didn't have enough going for it to stay in the running. If you are running very simple social media campaigns, this may be perfect for you. We require a few more features and options.
PROSOneUp is very affordable. Of all of the social media services I tested, it was inexpensive to adopt. It also supports Google My Business.
CONSThere were a few shortcomings for our purposes. It is almost too simple. I would love the ability to integrate analytics, schedule multiple posts, etc. And although Google My Business integration is permitted, our posts bounced and I couldn't figure out why. Also, a 7-day trial isn't nearly enough to explore.

Since you published this review, we have actually added analytics :) You can also bulk schedule posts with OneUp (if that is what you meant by "schedule multiple posts). In regards to your Google My Business post, it looks like you were using an image smaller than GMB's minimum image dimension requirements. However, we have actually added a feature so that images that are too small will automatically get resized, so your post will publish successfully :)

After SO. MANY. platforms tried, I FINALLY FOUND THE BEST ONE!
Try their free trail and check it out, you wont be dissapointed!
PROSEVERYTHING and I'm not even kidding. I own a small real estate brokerage and manage numerous different accounts. After trying every single other platform out there and nearly loosing my mind, I found Oneup.....in a Reddit chat. I figured why not, plus I love supporting smaller companies. I cannot tell you how great this program is. I find it easy to use, I love the layout, I love the options, I love being able to post to my google business (because soooo many platforms don't do this) and I absolutely love the RSS feed option. I have numerous feeds that go into my "drafts" folder so that I can sort through the articles and find the ones I want to post. In my industry, articles and blogs are important for posting and so many platforms stopped rss feeds for some stupid reason, but they're amazing. I love being able to look at my calendar and see what I've scheduled and what's published. I can also go to my queue and see what posts are coming up, what's in my draft folder et et. I find it super easy to organize all the social feeds. Honestly I've tried Hootsuite, Crowdfire, Sendible, Buffer, Facebook, Loomly, Hubspot.......(not kidding when I say I nearly lost my damn mind)....Oneup is by far the best. The cost is fantastic and I do love that analytics are a separate "add on" because not everyone cares about them so why pay for them if you don't need to. I have them and I love customizing my dashboard. For small business, you can't beat this platform!
CONSLiterally nothing. Even their customer service is amazeballs.

Super effective and easy to use
Great! Easy setup, nice packages, great support and a great software!
PROSIt has a great support that has also an ear for small business owners and fast and great solutions for problems! For me, a friendly customer support is the most important beside the software itself! And: The software is effective, easy to use and perfect for us, because it offers scheduling for google my business, instagram and facebook at once!
CONSBecause I have a 13“ inch screen which is really small it is sometimes a bit hard to have every information on screen, but this is a very personal problem!

Customer Support is Top Notch
[SENSITIVE CONTENT], he worked hard to make sure everything was set up and working correctly for me.
CONSIt would be nice if the automated posts from RSS feeds were available in a cheaper package.

Nice tool
I like this tool because it is the only tool to schedule Twitter Threads

Best bang for the buck
Overall I am happy with the service and plan to continue using them, and hope to continue seeing improvements. One other thing I'd like to see in the future are suggestions for how to effectively post to each site. For instance, twitter and Linkedin seem to react better to links than pictures in our case.
PROSAfter lots of research I went with Oneup. There are lot of companies today that provide similar services. I choose Oneup for a couple of main reasons. 1) I felt that the price range was lower than many 2) It posts to google business pages which is an uncommon feature that I wanted. I started with the free-trial, and decided after playing around with it that I enjoyed how easy it was to navigate.
CONSI am giving it a 4 star review however because there are some areas in which I would like to see improvement. 1) When posting to instagram/twitter, I have to guess hashtags. Unlike when posting directly to instagram, you cannot see which hashtags are used and which aren't. 2) I can only post 1 picture or 1 video for each post. Most of the time it works fine for our purposes, but I am always annoyed when I end up needing to go directly to the instagram instead to post the same thing with more pics/videos. Also, I cannot edit photos or videos as you can on instagram. It has none of the filters or video cutting tools available. 3) When a post fails, it gives a reason which is usually impossible to comprehend and usually wrong. Most of my second twitter posts fail for instance...I don't know why, I think its just a glitch. On a plus side customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Thanks for the feedback Vanessa :) Since you published this review, we have actually added a hashtag suggestion feature, where it shows you popular hashtags related to your keyword. OneUp also supports multi-image posts now :) It looks like most of your failed Twitter posts had images with very large dimensions. We've added a feature that automatically resizes images when they are too small, so they publish successfully, so you should never have this issue again :)

WOrks well
I use this to post across a different platforms, it helps to be active on social media and save time.
CONSthe limits on numbers of platforms that can be posted to are aggravating but the cost of the product is low.

Love the scheduling feature!
As the social media manager of 450+ franchise Facebook accounts I love how easy it is to blast post to all pages at once. OneUp has made this process much easier for our business in comparison to other competitors.
CONSHow certain posts fail due to Facebook's security issues.

The best tool for LinkedIn post automation
Overall I think the tool comes with all the features you need to generate a content plan that saves a lot of time and automates the process of posting interesting stuff on a regular basis. It is very easy to use and the support team always answers my questions within hours. I am very thankful for this amazing experience I have made with OneUp and I am looking forward to see what kind of features they will launch next.
PROSI really enjoy the user experience within the tool, it's very intuitive. The tool comes with a lot of helpful features just like the canva integration, the timeslot and category section and the opportunity to automate my posts also in my private linkedin profile. I also prefer the tool because it makes planning my posts simple and fun. Also, I really like the fact that I can add images, videos or links to my postings. I use OneUp everyday to schedule my posting ideas and it helps me to organize my postings and saving time by automating the posting process. I can definitely recommend using OneUp to all LinkedIn users who want to generate more followers by posting frequently.

Perfect tool and better customer service
It makes your life simpler and helps you optimize the resources of medium and small business. It's perfect!
PROSIt is very complete and easy to use so it saves you a lot of time (and money!). Plus the customer service is the best! Always received the attention needed in a few hours and it's always been helpful and personalized.
CONSI can't think of anything bad right now. All my experience has been good so far!

Hands Down! The Best Social Media Automation
Rep. is one of the most patient and helpful human I know! Tech support is on par I never have to wait days for a response like " Social Tap or Hootsuite " He cares about his customers and will do whatever he needs to do! I can truly call him my friend. Rep. has even team-viewed with me and got on the phone so I could explain to him everything I wanted to add. All addons that every other company said are impossible to do rep. had them done for me. Your not just a number to OneUP, The will give you personal attention and help you with whatever you need.
PROSAll the features I need to make my social media business runs like clock work. Very easy to use and setup! Has not crashed or lost all my work like so many others! More great features being added! Very adaptable Custom addons tailored to my business Bulk uploader in csv format There are many features in the works that I know everyone will love to have!
CONSThere is no cons to this wonderful software if I need something added it gets done.
