It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

My favorite features are the ease of search, ability to save a search as a column, and ease of following a twitter chat (via a column with a search).

I like the interface and the ability to see yuh current tweets, scheduled tweets, notifications. Great value and user-friendly solution.

Ve been using this application for several months and find it extremely helpful in scheduling tweets. The fact that you can do it at no cost and easy integration with your tweeter account are amazing.

It sometimes crashes and you could be right in the middle of a tweet and then it is lost, but 140 characters isn;t to hard to rtype.

The bad thing about TweetDeck is that it isn't optimized for small screens and it looks clumsy even on a laptop screen.

What I love the most is that I see Trends and I can search specific content. I love the icons and that I can see my scheduled tweets.

What could improve is the site interface, it is very polluted with information on the screen, sometimes it causes a failure on the screen, making reading comprehension a little difficult.
