Best for postcards

Amazing

PROS

I love the sequences I can build and then just automate them to go out.

CONS

I really love this software, but maybe have more card options even though they have a ton to choose from.

Send Jim is a GREAT tool!

Customer service is great! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] me like we've been friends for years. Shes great!

PROS

Very easy to send postcards, letters, goodies to specific addresses. For us, houses around our current customers.

CONS

It would be nice to have it cancel cards on existing customers homes.

Easy to use, a lot of home service companies use it.

SendJim Review

Good and easy to use. Could improve on templates and their own crm to make it more user friendly.

PROS

It is cool to be able to ingrate the crm with our own crm which makes it a lot easier to use.

CONS

The quality- some cards are shifted and not printed good. Most of them are damaged during delivery.

It is great for picking up new customers when need. It's a feature where we know we are going to get "x" amount of calls on each order of postcards.

PROS

Setting up postcards to mail outautomatically It only takes a few minutes to upload and send out hundreds of postcards. Very easy to use. The radius bomb feature really helped get the business going when I first started out. Being able to send gifts to customers has been a game changer. It really makes you stand out and contribute to a great customer experience.

CONS

I would like to see more customization with sending gifts. It would be great to create your own greeting card. For example, upload a personal christmas picture to a card to send out to all of your customers. I would also like to be able to add on multiple gifts with 1 greeting card. For example, when sending out a christmas gift to a property management company, it would be great to send them multiple packs of brownies, cookies, etc with just one greeting card and in 1 order.

Josh was very convincing. Radius bomb, automated postcards, and relationship marketing.

flexibility and price, it is nice to be able to send as many or as few mailers as we want.

learning curve is slow for me mostly because I don't use it enough.

Not great customer service

I started off with a good experience. The sells man gave me some free credits. As you do the steps in there portal you gain more credits. Where this went wrong was that the company screwed up by giving me more credits then I paid for. I misunderstood how many credits I was getting. Once they realized there mistake they took all credits. With out any warning! I looked into my account and saw them all gone. I reached out for help and they did, only by admitting there fault but not feeling like they should kick some back since it gave me false hope. [sensitive content hidden] was firm on there mistake and in such words… too bad!

PROS

I thought they where about small businesses

CONS

Customer service. Willing to own up to the mistake but not wanting to make it right!

Valuable tool

Really good! Even though I found it hard to navigate at first, once i felt comfortable with what I was doing I fell in love!

PROS

I love the detailed demographic tools. I feel like I'm able to omit non-buyers from my mailers.

CONS

It took longer than I expected to learn to navigate.

Great Compliment to Current Marketing Strategies

Overall experience with SendJim is great and we will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

PROS

SendJim is easy to use and it is a great compliment to current marketing strategies. We utilize the radius bomb and neighbor mailing the most to capture potential customers that live around our current clients or new sign ups.

CONS

Only con is that the radius bomb doesn't capture homes in newer neighborhoods sometimes which I think has more to do with lack of data than the product itself.

The flashing training button on the knowledge base blows my mind. Your training videos need the option to pause go back or forward.

Printing Issues

Overall, great idea/concept but needs some quality control implementation to make a better first impression

PROS

It's pretty easy to set up and integrate with your CRM software. Great customer service!

CONS

On multiple occasions, the mailers that we received had printing errors where it didn't line up right or maybe they weren't cut evenly. Was very poor quality.

Great Customer Service

SendJim saves a ton of time and resources. It's a level in convenience and automation that was driven great success!

PROS

Anytime I have questions or need anything, SendJim is there to help. Great service!

CONS

The quality of the card isn't always great, but you can upload your own, and the snacks are delicious and beloved by our clients (especially the brownies)

Great to micro-target your demographic

Great team, easy to work with if you face any issues.

PROS

- Easy to use. - We can micro-target the neighborhoods we're servicing at an affordable price. - There are expanded products and applications within Send Jim - There's training videos and best practices provided in the backend

CONS

- Sometimes the map isn't updated to newer neighborhoods that we're mailing to. - Have to pay for direct pins. - Lead time is about 1-2 weeks, so you need to calculate this manually for when you would like the mailer to go out.

If there are ever any addresses you are unable to mail to, please message us in our chat so we can update that area for you. Usually, that process takes 5 minutes and then you can mail to that entire area. Also, for brand new neighborhoods, we recommend using the new Every Door Direct Mail through SendJim feature that allows you to mail to every address on a postal route for a huge discount. We will print, bundle, and deliver your cards to the local post office so you don't have to. We do recommend scheduling out urgent targeted postcards by 1 week- 1.5 weeks ahead of time so it gives the USPS enough time to deliver your post cards, especially around the holidays. Our typical delivery time to the USPS is within 1 business day from the order date. If you ever have any questions, please reach out!

Set it and forget it

Good company with a friendly smaller team

PROS

I like the API that Send Jim makes available to allow total automation and trigger based direct mail from inside our CRM provider the best.

CONS

Getting the strategy figured out regarding custom designs was the most cumbersome in the beginning but well worth the effort overall...

I can mail postcards without moving my feet. It was as easy as clicking a finger.

CONS

Over priced compared to other companies and marketing. I can pass out flyers for cheaper and get a higher return!

Value asset for Systemizing my business

PROS

All of my customers receive brownies through this app. And they love it!

CONS

Haven’t had a problem so far!! The small problems I’ve had they have been good at reimbursing my credits within the system

Send Jim helps separates me from my competition

Send Jim has taken the customer experience to the next level. I’ve been sending a thank you card with brownies to all of my clients. In most cases, they already tipped me more than the cost to send this out. It’s a total win/win situation

PROS

I love the ease of use. They even have tutorials to help with learning curve. My clients go out of their way to thank me for the cards and gifts. It really adds another layer to that business/client relationship

CONS

The only con, really, is me. I don’t have a software background, so I can be a little difficult to customize products. On the other hand, Send Jim has an amazing support staff that will hold tour hand through the entire process, so it works great.

Set it and Forget it Client Engagement

When client writes us a review online, I add a "tag" to their profile in Service Autopilot and they are immediately sent a thank you card and brownies from Send Jim. It is such an easy way to say thanks!

PROS

Send Jim is easy to use and integrates with my automations in Service Autopilot.

CONS

Using the software automatically for 5-arounds (mailing postcards to neighbors of current clients) is confusing for me and I haven't made the time to ask for help to make sure I am setting it up correctly.

I love it!

PROS

We are out in the field installing pools and often just have an address. Now we can see who should be getting our mailers instead of blanket mailing and hoping

CONS

Not very many user template choices and the customization is not the best.

Fabulous

Lovely jubbly

I love the neighbour mailings. And also the voicemail bombs. I also automate thank you postcards to customers. Which is invaluable for me.

CONS

It can be tricky to figure everything out. At the beginning it’s a bit daunting navigating your way through things and trying to arrange a quick send or figuring the ins/outs of things.

PROS

I love how easy SendJim is to use and how it intergrates with Service Autopilot. I can create campagins and implement with easy. It has made it so much easier to commicate with clients or potential clients.

CONS

I wish there were more healthy items to pick from to send clients or charity donations. For example healthier options would be nuts, fruit basket, dried fruits, etc. or even flowers. Another option that would be great is "on your behalf we have donate to this charity" We could pick charities to give money to.

Customers like getting cards and it is something not everyone is doing so it can help you stand out. Easy to automate

CONS

Can be on the pricier side. And searching address feature does not always find addresses you want.

Ability to do 9 around mailing to the neighbors of existing clients.

CONS

Lack of jumbo postcards in 6" x 11" minimum.

Prospective Customer Reach

All of the employees at SendJim have been very helpful and respond quickly to questions.

PROS

I like that I can target prospective customers by proximity to existing customers and send out cards around the time of an existing job in the area. I also like the fact that this software links with my Customer Factor account so I can send out mailings to my existing customers with ease.

CONS

Sometimes it is a little difficult to navigate or customize but I am also fairly new to this software, so with time it will probably get easier.

Reason for choosing SendJim

I never really looked at any other products. I saw SendJim at the Huge Convention in Atlanta and had been thinking of trying it.
