Love This Software!

We’ve been able to quickly create some beautiful lead generation assets with analytics to monitor the performance of those assets. We gained more interaction and sharing in our community using Snackeet. Thanks Team Snackeet !

PROS

Ease of use and the designs of Stories. The software is constantly being updated and improved with only features that make sense. Interactive content rocks!

CONS

So far, so good. No cons at the moment.

Reason for choosing Snackeet

There aren’t many alternatives that I know of with Snackeet’s feature set and ease of use. The Pricing and user experience was contributing factors in my decision.

Very flexible for using in various knowledge and marketing products

Snackeet has opened up great opportunities and ideas for knowledge products and services that I can provide my clients. The ability to brand your work and use custom domains is also a plus on higher tiered plans.

PROS

Snackeet is a one-stop shop for creating knowledge and marketing products for mobile and desktop devices. I'm using it to create micro-courses for clients in my leadership and coaching programs. I also appreciate the ability to embed my booking/ calendar app as a call to action and the use of surveys and quizzes.

CONS

Although the software offers a lot of flexibility, I'm unable to create templates and styles that can be used throughout my workspaces. This can be annoying at times. The good news is that it's on the developer's roadmap so I'm looking forward to it's rollout.

Makes you really cool but it's still very limited in scope

Overall, we were initially very hyped up and excited about all the coolness we would gain with Snackeet, but in the end we were disappointed by its current limitations in terms of functionality. I do hope to see them fix their existing issues before launching any new features - would love to return then.

PROS

It's great fun - both to work with it and as an end-user to use it. Frankly, it's all about fun, being cool and standing out from the rest of the form and chat widgets. Snackeet tries to bring Instagram story design to your otherwise boring contact form, to give your brand some extra character - and it works! We had some great feedback for the design of our snackeet widget (we created pages for 1) contact form, 2) feedback form, 3) send us fan photos and videos form) but in the end ceased using it - learn why in the next paragraph.

CONS

Snackeet is real cool, but not very functional - yet. The notification system is a disaster, it's really difficult to find your actual form submissions from those events where someone just opened the form but didn't write anything in it. The iFrame doesn't work as smoothly as it should, and the whole builder is still very buggy. Initially we refunded out purchase and continued with their free plan (which is pretty generous, I give them that), but ended up switching to a more boring, standard contact form widget.
