SocialPilot is a cloud-based social media marketing and analytics solution for businesses of all sizes. It offers calendar management, branding, scheduling, client management and reporting functionalities within a suite. Android and iOS apps available.

SocialPilot integrates with social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest. The software features bulk scheduling, which allows users to create and schedule posts across different social media accounts from a single portal.

SocialPilot also offers a calendar feature, which allows users to track social media posts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Users can apply filters to the calendar and view posts by accounts and groups. The calendar interface allows users to drag and drop posts to reschedule them.

Users can also track metrics for the performance of social media campaigns for each website, such as content engagement, audience growth, demographics, influencers and competitors.

Socialpilot has saved us a ton of time in managing our social media channels

Managing our social media channels from one software.

Pros

Socialpilot was brought in when we used to manage all our official social media accounts. Not only did it help us save a ton of time, but our marketing team was able to learn a lot about emerging platforms and increase our brand awareness. The tool is sure easy to use and way better than replying top all posts manually.

Cons

It would be great if we could post multiple items with one scheduling but the posts still are posted at different times. Could helps keep our posts from getting flagged as bulk posting

Very Pleased

Fantastic and easy from start to finish, all my team members found it easy to navigate and get the results we were looking for within a few clicks

I found the layout / menu system extremely easy to navigate, the simple but effective "box" style menus were absolutely fantastic for myself who is not too tech savy

I was hoping last time I used this program that the brand might implement a hashtag search engine. Not sure if the basic service offers that now (it might).

Pros

It performs its basic functions very well, especially when managing many social media accounts for one brand or across two brands. It's good for busy teams with a lot to post, and excellent for people who like to plan. The program also allows you to post the same message a couple days in a row, which not all programs like it will.

Cons

Last time I used the software there was a good amount of room for improvement relating to video uploads. Sometimes my program froze when I tried to even open a video file while I had SocialPilot open at the same time. I assume that's better now.

Schedule You Social Media Post Here

Being a digital marketer, its my routine and work responsibility that I need to look after my social channels right? I always prefer Social pilot as it has been a boon for me since past 1 year. I schedule my post by writing captions, they automatically shorten the URL and fetches the image from the URL.

Pros

Social Pilot is tool which let you schedule and post into all social channels at the same time. My company is used to take a plan which allows us to connect all the social channels for my project including facebook, twitter, G+, linkedin, Pinterest. So I schedule my posts and the most favourable, they will ask to post as a link or image as it fetches the images from the link in caption.

Cons

sometimes, we need to reconnect social media profile after some period of time as it disconnects automatically.

The BEST Social Media Management Software for Multiple Business Pages

I'm using SocialPilot to manage 16 separate Facebook Business Pages. I use this tool to schedule posts and review analytics for my social media accounts. It is incredibly cost effective compared to other platforms I've researched.

Pros

Where do I start?? I'm able to schedule reoccurring posts for all 16 of my business pages for MONTHS in advance! I'm able to create bit/ly links within the posts, add photos, and more. I'm able to view analytics for individual pages at a glance for specific time periods. SocialPilot has helped me get me social media accounts organized.

Cons

The only drawback to this software is the analytics-I'd like to see a roll-up of how ALL of my pages are performing combined. It doesn't have that functionality as of yet.

Inexpensive and easy to use

It makes scheduling my social media so much easier and faster than some other options I've tried. It's easier to understand and figure out, with a simple interface that makes it easy to jump right in and start using it.

Pros

It's easy to set up and start using, and allows quite a bit of functionality on the free plan. It offers several other features on its paid plans. The interface is easier to use than some other options for social media scheduling.

Cons

When it sends the push notification to post to Instagram, it doesn't always actually send it - and sometimes it doesn't copy the text the way it claims it does.

Great application for social sharing

I've been using social pilot for about 6 months and I am very happy with it. The free version lets you share to three social media accounts. Pricing is very reasonable Beyond free.

Pros

Price, very user-friendly, gets the job done every time.

Cons

Every once in awhile it will disconnect from social media and you have to reconnect it.

Very easy and Cost Effective

Pros

Very simple too to use for social media management. You are able to schedule media posts, reply and comment directly from the software which reduces the chance of missing something from the social media platform. The software also offers bulk social media posting which is very helpful when you have a lot of things to publish

Best Value for Agencies

Again for the value, one of the best options for small agencies.

Pros

The frequent discount rates given through out the year for the annual rate make this one of the best values for an agency.
I love the sheer numbers and the app for sharing Instagram in particular.

Cons

The calendar is generally ok but does not lend itself to multiple accounts and easily pull and drop of posts.

Such Incredible Value for Money

Very positive - would be nice to be able to tag brands on Facebook, I hope they introduce this soon. Any issues are dealt with so quickly by their CS team

I love that you can plan Instagram posts in advance - such a time saver. The reports are very good too, with enough detail for a basic report for clients

Cons

sometimes it can be a bit glitchy - for example something won't post for some reason and you won't be notified until the next day, by which point the post has been missed

Social Pilot is amazing for one person shows

I use social pilot for several social media accounts, and I love how easy it is to get my work done with it.

Pros

I absolutely love the calendar function. SP also won't let you post something (nor will it be deleted) if you forget to check which account it goes to, it'll remind you. I like the prompting options for categories. The app is also super easy to use.

Cons

Adjusting the time to post is sometimes tricky, as it is very finicky.

SocialPilot as an alternative to Hootesuite

SocialPilot has been a great, fairly inexpensive option for my company. There wasn't a lot of training needed to get the software up and running. I was able to post and keep track of my posts very easily.

Pros

I liked the ease of use of SocialPilot. The ability to post an article or share a Facebook post directly from the site was a plus.

Cons

I wish that you could post directly to Instagram from the software rather than setting up the post and than activating it from your phone.

Great support at exceptional price

The ease of use and a robust customer support is what makes SocialPilot a hidden gem. It is possibly the most exhaustive social media automation tool on the block right now and is right up there in the league of Buffer and co.

Pros

SocialPilot's customer support and their overall analytics turns SocialPilot into a super compelling offering. Their ability to dish out new features is just amazing. The pricing and overall packaging is what stands out and works for us as a small but fast-growing business. Far more cost effective as compared to any other product in the market.

Simple and cheap, a decent starter program.

Pros

SocialPilot was a great foot in the door to the world of social media management. It helps to have a centralized location to manage all platforms.

Cons

Our organization quickly outgrew the simplicity of this platform. It seemed the more we utilized the program, the more issues we had with scheduling posts and interface connectivity.

Average overall - not a great UX, but good social network coverage

Pros

Access to all social networks, including Pinterest for the same price as most others - decent value for money in comparison

Cons

1) Scheduling posts, especially the drag and drop functionality is SUPER messy - dates get mixed up, posts get switched, and the user interface is average at best.
2) Mainly a problem with Instagram, but manual posting for every post is painful

About the mixed up dates and posts getting switched, once you add things to queue they are set up for scheduling according to the times you have defined, so if you change/move it to another slot, the next posts are shifted one time up to fill up that time spot.
