I love how I get notified when an email is read, and a very no-nonsense layout and functionality. Perfect for the price point and what I use the email in my freelance business. Have this as an add-on to my WordPress page, and it's so easy to implement

Sometimes the barebones layout in the email app can be to basic, wish it was more easy on the eyes. Does not really filter out my spam messages.

I like Titan Email. It is simple. Cheap prices according to their competitors. Affordable for small businesses like us.

OMG - there have been so many requests to change the thread option and Titan has not addressed the issue. Users have been complaining about the "thread only" inbox set up. Emails get jumbled. The most recent email is not on top. I waste so much time finding the most recent email if I need to respond. It is maddening and frustrating.

Our general experience has been positive mainly because this platform has helped us to use work emails in this company, the configuration of this platform synchronization with the website was quite immediate, it took us approximately 20 minutes to do it and to configure the correct DNS. We are happy with the results obtained, we have also got discounts when it comes to getting a lot of inbox for our company, the overall interface of this inbox is amazing and also makes us feel comfortable.

Titan is currently one of the best ways to get work emails, the entire company has work emails from this software, in order to receive emails directly to this inbox without any problem, all employees working in this company use this inbox, receiving and sending emails is fascinating. The main thing that I like about it is that the work emails obtained from this company have a read receipt functionality, this way every time I send an email to a recipient, I will be notified immediately when that person opens that email, this is a very important function because I can know exactly if the person has received the sent email. Another thing I like about this email company is that it offers us an excellent application for mobile devices, I have my inbox open on my cell phone, and I receive immediate notifications when I have received new email in my inbox, the inbox is constantly updated to display all received messages. Finally, I also love the signature functionality that I can incorporate into all of my email, in the settings section, I can assign a signature for my inbox so I can use that signature every time I send an email.

I haven't complaints about this email and business services as all shelves use it as their primary inbox for their work email, we have connected this to our domain from our webiste, and all of our employees can receive emails at the inbox withouy any problem. Now, we haven't any complications, at all times we have been able to send and receive emails without problem, as well as being able to use the read confirmation function correctly, this platform is incredibly good.

Overall, Titan provides a single space for work communications that is professional-looking, has the important features that improve workflow, allows a separation between professional and personal email, and is gentle with CPU.

This software is easy to use. Its professional appearance aligns with my work style and the quick response to requests for support -- including great fixes and general improvements -- indicates how much Titan appreciates and values their clients. Titan came with our Wordpress business account and I am so grateful it did! Much nicer than Microsoft mail, less bulky than Apple Mail and more professional than Gmail, value for money is very high with Titan.

There are a couple of features that I'd like: First, I use Apple's Calendar to display all of my accounts, business and personal. The Titan Calendar invitations only work from their app. So, I do have to switch back and forth a bit. Not a huge problem but would be more convenient if I could invite attendees to Titan Calendar events from Apple Calendar. Second, I create filters to sort incoming mail for different clients. Although this feature is available in Titan Mail (yay!), it would be even better if the rules could be more comprehensive with multiple email addresses and key words in a single rule (Gmail's is very good, as an example). Again, not a huge problem but would be even more convenient... :)

I would like to see more detail in the calander such as being able to add classifications and colours for entries.

I am a brand new business, so I am not yet at the problem experiencing level. However, I did give out the wrong email address, and subsequently complained to Titan about not receiving emails. They contacted me right away and I felt like about one cm tall when I realized how I goofed up, but they were professional and didn't laugh at me until I wasn't within hearing distance (joking).

This email has great features, many of which I am very eager to use more as my business grows. I think that is the best part of this service: it is absolutely fantastic if you are a beginner but it has the ability to handle the email needs of large operations as well.

There are no features I was unsatisfied with and may I add, that if you have any questions or problems, their team responds quickly to efficiently and effectively walk you through any issues you may be having.

I am able to consolidate all of my business emails down to one client and enjoy the ease of use. The search features are second to none.

The emails are always quick to arrive to the inbox with little time between when they were sent from other clients. I thoroughly enjoy the email tracking so that I know when my emails are being seen. It is one of my favorite features overall.

It was easy to setup my Titan email account and the support from Titan was very good when I needed help adding my email account to my email programs that I use on my phone and desktop computer.

I like how I can create aliases for my email account to use as support and info email addresses for the Contact Me forms on my company’s website.

Titan Email is an excellent business email service provider that allows you to easily create an email, track emails, send follow-up reminders, forward emails, create signatures, import contacts, and much more.

I had only a small problem using Titan Email. I couldn't directly set up a logo on my business email from the Titan Email dashboard.

I couldn't move on beyond register...

I was not able to use it yep because I am not able to log in and there is no one that can help me on the website. The only thing I liked it so far is the price.

I couldn't login and there is no button for "forgot email or password" and there is no contact whatsoever for support on titan.email for someone to help.
