  • Pros

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

  • Quick, smart, and understandable Customer Support (lots of easy-access help and support on the site itself). The product is perfect for our company's needs.
  • It's immensely simple to use while still providing powerful analytics and customization. Vendor is cost-friendly and eager to help when needed.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.
  • The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.
