- Customer service is very helpful, even to someone that's technologically challenged like myself, They take the time to help and solve my problems, It shows they care.
- I LOVE how easy to use LiveTour is. I also love how much more of a home you get to see when looking online. 100x better than simply looking through photos.
Cons
- Actually, It's tough to dislike this software. It is truly a complete package for my business needs.
- Very unclear on how to make hot spots function. I will get it all figured out but it leaves a poor taste to have to pays for two months of a product just to figure out their kinks.
Pros
- I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.
- I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.
Cons
- This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.
- I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
