We had a problem with making the follow up on new clientes, but with YDNCRM we could get things done. It is very simple to use, but sometimes very basic.

Being a services company, we mainly need an easy to use lead tracker with notifications. We switched to YDNCRM and are delighted with its ease of use.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

Very happy with the product. I use this daily to communicate with my residents.

I love how easy it is to use. It helps to be able to go back to past correspondence with residents and reuse it.
