Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like that it's easy to use for the client whilst they're booking and I love that it is constantly improving

  • Love the fact that you can control your bookings from anywhere from any device.. love all the features and benefits .. and love the new e mail blasts .. excellent

  • Cons

  • I love everything about it, maybe only thing I have to say least is their updates are slower pace. it will take a while to have function you may want.

  • To be honest nothing really comes to mind, other than at times it has been a bit tricky to search a client and I have no idea why but other than that it's fantastic.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, well organized, great customer service. Ive been using it for 3 yrs now & it continues to update & get even better.

  • Price is excellent. Quick response times, ease of use, high value

  • Cons

  • The intake forms and look of the forms is a bit behind the times, they are however working to improve this and I am hopeful they will be adequate soon.

  • Only dislike that I have is when hovering over calendar, it brings up clients info - hard to see the whole schedule - however this is very minor and easily fixed by moving the curser.
