Pros
- The trainer was very patient and helpful taking us through each step of the process. The Support Team has been outstanding with answering those questions that come up.
- Once you get used to it there is ease at working it. From other billing software that I have seen this is by far easier to maneuver through and find where and what you need to be doing.
Cons
- We have had trouble, not sure if its the software or internet, but it will kick you off during the afternoon hours. This happened frequently for a while but now is down to just a few times a month.
- Not universal for all PT conditions and was not able to be medicare compliant due to inability to fax documents.
Pros
- Easy to use, integrated with our EHR, convenient for provider, pharmacy and patient.
- No other thing to mention because time is money and direct patient care.
Cons
- CUSTOMER SERVICE and TROUBLESHOOTING, even pre COVID-19 they are terrible. Lines 99% busy, long waiting, often instructed to leave a message.
- I have called at 5:30 pm for an emergency leaving full details of problem, a call comes until next day, nothing solved plus a nonsense explanation of why not.
