This software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service reps are Super nice and helpful too.

Too much is going on on the screens at once, and your eyes have trouble adjusting.

A year and a half later they almost unanimously agree that it saves time has improved work flow on many fronts. The simplicity of the software aided in the ease of training for our staff.

Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.

Poor training protocol with system changes and implementation. Difficult to get prompt and concise answers to customer service issues.

Plus, the inability of the implementation team to export/import our data was a major blow.

The deployment was horrible with an abundance of inaccurate entries which interfered with billing. Billing team in general is incompetent.

Use of Smart Text which are mini-templates allow faster and more flexible note creation, not locking one in to use of specific templates.

My only complaint would be the interface issues that we sometimes have with our practice manager software.

The encounters are organized as a traditional history and physical or SOAP note (the way the medical record SHOULD BE). The messaging system seems awkward.

Innovation has been consistent, and the product is faster and more capable today than yesterday. The product is intuitive and easy to use.

We have stuck with Chartlogic through many changes in personnel, strategies, product development processes. We were early adopters attracted to the voice recognition feature that is outstanding.

The only con I have about this product is that it is sometimes hard to navigate between the screens.

This means you are months behind known issues which means months of dealing with angry staff and surgeons.

Worked with other EMRs and you are not allowed to custimize templates of office notes or progress notes. Can custimize Folders for scanned documents.

The routers currently provide our facility with solid business continuity. I addition the routers automate the need for users to manually distribute DICOM studies to different destinations.

The DICOM Unifier is most useful to our organization as it allows us to create reliable and high-performance DICOM integrations between or organization and our clients.

Software is easy to use and maintain and has great customer service. The Unifier allows us to prepend and automate image transfers.

Scripting can be difficult to use if not familiar with LUA. Logging categories could be better defined, difficult to find specific logs if unfamiliar with structure.

I also like the ability of the DICOM sys as a company to evolve with the industry and provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

I was disappointed that the enterprise viewer is not included with the purchase of the routers.

We can control our modalities multiple dicom destinations in one platform. Scripts can be created to perform complex dicom, hl7 routing and transformations.

The Unifier product is wonderful. The CentOS platform is stable, support is great, and routing rules are easily configured if one is familiar with boolean logic.
