"We liked the logical, easy to read timeline view in the patient chart, and the fact that they told us they were easy to integrate with."

"Had to close my 3+ year old clinic because of their poor customer support, poor billing support, unable to get billing customer support from someone with enough knowledge and experience of the process and ended up losing my whole business because of them."

"The worst part is we've been experiencing extreme latency (1 min + to load a page) for months now and Elation has done absolutely nothing to fix it, and wont make any concessions on the very high fees we're paying them to use it."
