"The separation of PM and EHR, claim processing times out all the time, you can't change patient payments, using non-vsp lab products is a pain, posting orders that have a "warning" like opposite signs or maui orders dont process. "

"More scrolling. If I’m using a 24 inch monitor I should not have to constantly scroll up and down to finish an exam element."

"There is no way to communicate to front desk or see if glasses or contacts were ordered without logging into a separate system."
