Wow capable yet still evolving there is a reoccurring theme that shows occasional glitches slower support response at times reporting limitations in extra setup work for customization making it really not the best fit for what's out there it just depends if you're a larger corporation it's going to be not as much of a good fit, but for a smaller company it would be a better fit. I have to say their customer support is second to none as well. They respond so quickly and get any problems sorted almost instantly. Very happy with this software. #### Cons They are always adding features and do listen to their users' ideas, but it remains a bugbear that they don't have the facility to do postcode lookups. You can get around this by installing an extension in your browser, but virtually all their competitors have this functionality built into the software. #### Vendor response Hi Robert!
