  • Pros

  • Plus, it was better than me handwriting my notes because I can type faster.
  • The system has a built in system of shared templates that can be customized to fit your practice and save your healthcare providers a substantial amount of time.
  • Cons

  • The only negative comment I have is how long it takes the system to come back online when it goes down.
  • There were no templates for physical therapy - just basic SOAP note format. I had to type everything.

  • The dashboard, shortcuts and reporting are some of our best features in InSync. We also like that the system is customizable and we have been able to enhance some of our documentation.
  • Being able to tailor it to our patient population with integration of review of systems, quick check-boxes and so many scales has streamlined our documentation and improved efficiency.
  • Cons

  • Reminder later to just say “dont forget your appt etc” Not to Confirm appt. And When Pt completes CANCEL need to know when they cancel- date time -for Broken Appt Fee when Cancel <24 hrs.
  • Actually, very little can be completed in this application in bulk, which is very frustrating and time consuming. Moreover, you cannot download a clients entire chart at once.
