Pros/Cons
Pros
- It seamlessly integrates with your active directory and has some great features that makes this a necessity in any office. Easy to manage, makes check-ins efficient.
- There are many other safety or security programs that take 24-48 hours to respond. Kiosk Multi language is a great success and we hope to see more languages, i.e. Vietnamese, etc.
- Things easier for our place of employment. The ability to work with Envoy and there creators has probably been amazing with providing feedback and getting results.
Cons
- Unable to deploy sign-in flows across the company and having to individually make everyone up. The duplicate/copy feature is limited.
- The printer and Ipad are constantly going off line at one of our locations. Not sure what the problem is with that feature.
- Filtering it seems a little difficult for options. In our case we have two blocks for groups Am & PM.
Pros
- I love the ease of use and the responsive customer service. It's a wonderful program that I highly recommend to anyone.
- I love the ease of this service and how it reaches brides almost immediately and automatically. I love the features of the pipe line and how I can organize leads and keep track of sales.
- Very impressed overall, very easy transition from Caterease and much much better experience. The customer service is one of the key factors with how impressed we are.
Cons
- When I first become a subscriber the software was difficult to delete large bridal leads listing. That problem was correct and to be honest this is the only issue I can recall with Event Temple.
- The integration process was tough. Building out all the features to make specific to my organization was tough.
- I can't think of anything that I don't like about Event Temple.
