The config to connect to Office 365 was well documented and easy as well. I've had this running since the end of 2016 and it's been one of the more solid systems of any technology I'm responsible for.

Our biggest problem was that people were not looking in their Outlook calendars for conference room availability.

I think the battery is empty to quickly. Also I notice sometimes that it does not book a room when clicking on book, however this only happened to me a few times in the past year.

The software is quite affordable and using it is pretty easyI like that it comes with tons of collaboration features and makes remote support easy.

More to just being easy to use, Join. Me does outstandingly in offering strong security to ensure that the confidential conversations and documents shared during meetings are kept safe.

We've put in a lot of time and effort to improve our communication service, and the result is a solid hub where users can have fruitful conversations and come up with fresh ideas.

I slightly dislike that Join. Me host few participants in a single meeting compared to alternatives such as Zoom.

I like that collaboration is made easy thanks to screen sharing as well as file sharing capabilities. It makes online meetings and remote support easy.

During meetings, there is an option of chatting with other audiences and also sharing files. The screen sharing feature works best and it makes it easy to follow up on what the presenter is sharing.

I have not yet discovered any troublesome issue apart from how it limit participants on a single conference compared to GTM.
