Fantastic virtual collaboration for team voting and retrospectives.
Overall, I am very impressed. I am a Manager, updating teams and team members. In Slack, my three teams use almost every day.
PROS- Easy to add members and teams. - We love how easy it is for team members to vote anonymously on work items using /planpoker without creating a poll in Slack or team members using voting cards or holding fingers up. - We also use this for team retrospectives and love how the flow is fun, easy to use, communicates team member interactions throughout the team retrospective, and then provides documentation of the action items. - I have contacted Team O'Clock a few times to provide feedback and ask questions, and I have been very impressed with not only the timeliness of the response but also the timeliness of changes requested!
CONSSome teams use relative estimation, and some teams use days estimation. The /planpoker feature is built using fibonacci sequence and we have to convert that sequence to other numbers for days/hours estimation. We would love for this to be easier. Also, we cannot customize/change /planpoker values for "Private" slack channels which is a current blocker.

Team O'clock covers most of your sprint rituals
Team O'clock makes performing sprint rituals a very easy task and I'm very satisfied in using it.
PROSThis makes Sprint Rituals easy and organized in one place. You just go into 1 site and you could do all your rituals, see all your notes, and help add and remove team and team members all in one place. During stand-ups, it will take care of randomly calling out the team members for their turn to provide their updates. New team members who are not familiar with Team O'clock have always been fascinated by how the daily stand-up is performed and their names getting called and read properly by it. Prior to using Team O'clock, the team is using different tools for each of the rituals, and randomizing the turns for the standup updates is done by a wheel of names from which you are unable to call skipped members again. I also like that you are able to customize your own Retrospective activity as well as customize each Team's daily stand-up questions and duration on when the team can add their notes. Response of the support is also timely and most of my feature requests have been implemented as well.
CONSThere was a time when the integration with JIRA keeps on getting disconnected frequently and I have to connect it again and again. This seems to be fixed though so all is good right now. There are still some features missing but so far, this provides more than the basic stuff we need to run the rituals of Agile teams.
Reason for choosing Team O'clock
This is an all-in-one product for Sprint Rituals. Using different tools is a hassle and there would be several windows opened especially for me who facilitates the ritual.

Nice one
PROSFeatures like file sharing, commenting, and real-time updates on project progress facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
CONSTeam O'clock's pricing tiers may not be suitable for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Offering more affordable plans or a free tier with basic features could attract a wider range of users.

Nearly there
The Slack integration is solid: async standups are great. Retros in the app work pretty nicely, too. Planning poker (when the JIRA integration works) is fairly seamless.
CONSThe JIRA integration can be pretty unreliable; when we're trying to point cards, it feels like we end up troubleshooting it every other time. This happens in Slack and within Team O'clock itself.

Perfect for async updates and communication
I think it's a great solution. It eases communication among team members who are working remotely and in different regions/timezones. By also sharing what you plan to do, it creates a commitment to the team and it makes it easy to follow up with each team member individually to track their progress.
PROSI like that it is virtually no friction to share an update and see what others are up to. It helps to do a quick sense check of everyone's workload and capacity.
CONSSome of the customization could be improved. I wish it was easier to remove/add questions for the status update. It would be great if the integration with Slack could be improved on that end as well.

Solid tool for retrospective meetings
The overall experience of Team O'clock is pretty good. The web UI is clean and concise, and functionalities like voting and sorting are very handy while holding retrospective meetings.
CONSThe integration with Microsoft Teams is not optimized in my opinion. The moderator of the meeting would trigger the meeting and a message would be present in a channel. Then I need to click on the "Join" button of the bot's reply to get a personal link to join the meeting session. This is not very good experience because sometimes people might run a bit late for the meeting and then lost track of the Microsoft Team's notification as it is buried among a list of channels, and there are multiple messages in the channel when you finally get there - a bit confusing. The ideal integration in my opinion is that the bot would be able to send a direct message to me with the link to the meeting so it's the easiest to find and hassle-free to use.

Smooth and intuitive interface, good support, but expensive
Planning poker with distributed teams is made much easier by the usage of this tool. Overall we are satisfied with it.
PROS- Feature was requested, then implemented and delivered in a surprisingly quick timeframe - Support is friendly and helpful - Feature set is good for simple planning poker sessions
CONS- Having to pay more than double the amount of the basic plan just to customise estimate values (e.g. S, M, L instead of Fibonacci numbers) is a little extreme

Great tool to run retrospectives
We only use the retrospective function. We use it alongside Zoom, so we don't need a live chat. Still it's nice to have the features. The AI integrations are fun, although always not very useful. Overal the experience using the tool is pretty good.
PROSIt's a great way to run team retrospectives. It has a focused interface and it's easy to use.
CONSThe UI doesn't feel "whimsical" and is sometimes too "corporate-y" for the purpose of running a retrospective, which is supposed to be a relaxed and safe space.
