  • Pros

  • The software makes billing quite easy, even for a psychotherapist who is more right-brained than left-brained.
  • It's relatively easy to use. Submitting claims electronically is convenient and it is also nice that it contains both scheduling and billing.
  • Cons

  • There are no weak areas in the program. They are always open to any feedback for changes, and in all cases I am aware of, they have adopted the recommendations made.
  • Was bit confused in understanding how the system software flows.

  • The clinical interface is good. Intuitive to navigate, looks good, nice use of shortcuts and templates for notes, and nice scheduler.
  • I like the ability to learn as needed with Kareo university and ease of use for our team. We love the automated reminders and the ability the send messages with the software.
  • Cons

  • We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.
  • The tele medicine is the worst department, their support team is slow and arrogant, and there are a lot of technical issues which lead to lost patient appointments and it affects clinical care.
