  • Pros

  • The clinical interface is good. Intuitive to navigate, looks good, nice use of shortcuts and templates for notes, and nice scheduler.
  • I like the ability to learn as needed with Kareo university and ease of use for our team. We love the automated reminders and the ability the send messages with the software.
  • Cons

  • We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.
  • The tele medicine is the worst department, their support team is slow and arrogant, and there are a lot of technical issues which lead to lost patient appointments and it affects clinical care.

  • I love how creative I can be when planning treatment for my clients, whether it's managing behaviors or creating thorough and precise treatment objectives.
  • Their commitment to continuous improvement and user feedback is evident in the regular updates and enhancements that keep the system at the forefront of technology and usability.
  • Cons

  • The difficulties we experience are when our staff makes an error and the system blocks us from completing progress notes. However, this is an agency issue and not Noteable's.
  • Unfortunately, sometimes there are glitches because something else is open or something gets erased.
