Anytime I email with a question they are very prompt to answer and very helpful. That is extremely helpful when you are in a time crunch and an issue resolved in a timely manner. #### Cons I don't have too many cons other than sometimes Noteable can be a little confusing to navigate. It is so user friendly and easy to navigate! we did not have to spend much time at all training unfamiliar staff. #### Cons Sometimes it doesnt fit our exact needs. it would be nice if there was an actual app, as the site is difficult to navigate on a mobile device. we are also unable to run contractor payroll, as the payroll feature only allows for hourly payments, and not by the unit. It gives you one central place to handle appointments, client records, clinical notes, ABA data, billing, and reporting—which is great if you're a behavioral health organization trying to replace a bunch of disconnected tools. Once you get past the initial learning curve, it's fairly easy to use, but the more advanced stuff definitely requires training and careful setup. Scheduling and everyday note-taking are straightforward, but things like billing rules, authorizations, reports, and custom clinical workflows can take a while to get the hang of. File sharing and document management do the job for keeping client files in the platform, though it's not really a dedicated file-sharing tool. Exporting files and documents is handy for standard reports, but depending on how complex they are, you might need to do some manual formatting afterward. Customer support has been helpful for common questions, but when I've had trickier billing or configuration issues, it often needed a bit more back-and-forth. I've come across a few minor bugs and glitches, but nothing that ever stopped me from using the core functions. For the price, it's good value if you're actively using scheduling, documentation, data collection, and billing all in one system. But if you're a smaller practice with simpler needs, the cost and implementation effort might feel a bit steep. One thing I genuinely appreciate is how session notes can flow directly into billing and reports, which cuts down on a ton of duplicate data entry. On top of that, the customizable templates, e-signatures, appointment reminders, and automatic progress graphs are incredibly useful for anyone in behavioral health or ABA. Having both clinical and administrative info in a single system just makes everyday organization feel far more manageable. #### Cons Getting the hang of Noteable definitely takes some time—especially when you're setting up templates, billing rules, authorizations, or building out reporting workflows. Some screens just throw a ton of information at you, and a few everyday tasks take more clicks than you'd expect. I've also run into the occasional bug here and there: slower loading times, temp sync issues, and little interface quirks that pop up now and then. The reports and exports are handy, but the formatting and customization options sometimes feel a bit limited. Techs are able to take data on a tablet on a variety of devices. #### Cons Techs can not finalize their notes on the app, leading to additional unnecessary steps. Can not pre schedule appointments on calendar. Multiple unnecessary steps for adding programs. The bug issues lead to additional work, costing our company additional money to fix issues. #### Reasons for switching to Noteable I think they solely picked it for the price. #### Vendor response Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. This feature is available to all users and is regularly used for both one-time and recurring sessions. Some of concerns you mentioned might be resolved by additional training on the workflows.
