The features continue to improve and be top quality. The customer support (when needed) is amazingly fast, and has always resolved my issue on the first time. The program is very easy to use and keeps track of all the things I need to have successful files for my clients. I accept Medicaid, and I am able to manage all the requirements within this EHR program. I find it very valuable for the costs, especially as they have included the AI note writer and the ability to meet with clients virtually right in the EHR. #### Cons I do not use the connected co pay collection system, opting for the more affordable IvyPay instead. I would love a training tracking system for staff included. When I brought the issue to TherapyNotes and CardPointe, I was offered only a three-month refund. I am also concerned about a merchant application I do not recall completing or authorizing. Most disappointing was the lack of clear communication, transparency, and accountability. These people know their stuff and have easily resolved all issues I've faced over the last couple of years. #### Cons Zero negatives. What you pay for this program gives you more than value for your money. It gives you peace of mind. The customer support is incredible. You get the talk to real people, not AI. The app is easy to use and you can start the same day you start working away seamlessly. It is always updating with great new features and the ones already there make your life so much easier! When there are any bugs, they are always there to listen and make it right immediately. I always know when there is a problem because the client support system they have keep you on the loop. Their reports are no nonsense. You get what you want and if you can't find it, call them. Someone will literally answer and get you what you need. I can't see myself using anything else ever! #### Cons There is nothing I can't like about therapy notes. I wish they would expand to spa ware.
