"I like all the integrations including billing services, clinical notes, SmartNotes, booking portal, consent forms, etc. and that all this is PHIA compliant so I get peace of mind."

"You cannot set up anything for automatic intakes. If you send a form and they don't complete it, they don't get a reminder. If you send the form again to them as a reminder, the first link is then invalid."

"I cannot upload online fillable forms in a user friendly way which makes customising my forms more challenging than a simple plug and play, which is what I would have preferred."

"Does not show all times available in calendar for clients, does not have toggle for virtual vs in person appt in calendar, using and creating Forms is clunky"
