It is really great that you can connect with mentors and through their experience you can find the solution and then be able to find those solution by yourself as you gain so much from this.

I like the accessibility of the platform. The ability of back and forth between our mentors and mentees within the units really provided a good structure on which to build a relationship.

Inevitably as a off the shelf product there is customisation we would want but sadly Mentorcity can't provide. However they have been very accomodating to such requests thus far.

Some of the mentors did not have time to schedule and without their personal information, it was difficult to get in touch with them.

Lots of technical difficulties - audio and video did not work properly either time.

Once you had scheduled a session, it could be difficult to revise that time or see it on a calendar.

I like that I was able to connect with a senior member of the UA staff and gain advice on my career field.

I love that Turazo allows Teams integration. When we first starting using Turazo, using Teams was not an option and we needed to use the built-in video call tool.

I enjoyed how easily I could navigate between mentors to contact.
