Freshservice vs Syxsense Manage

The project management part in Freshservice is okay for small companies, but lacks a few features you need when managing bigger projects.

Automation rule are restricted in what they can use (eg you can't use tags on any rules). Project management has clearly been dropped, which is disapointing.

Not much, it works really well, sometime when they have new features they might break some tasks and support is not fast in fixing them but that does not happen very ofthen

The only thing I'd love in an update would be the ability to remotely deploy multiple software's to one or many computers.
