SafeDNS is a solid DNS based content filtering solution. The reliability and consistency is great.

Generally, we use this to prevent accidents. An accident might be someone opening a site that is inappropriate for the workplace, and expose the client to workplace harassment claims.

The ease at which you can get started with SafeDNS is amazing. So simple to implement to the edge routers and just like that your internal network is covered.

It is a great product for exactly what we need. It is also affordable for small organizations with small budgets as well.

Overall, it does what we want it to do for an affordable price.

I am having occasional trouble updating the software.

But, of course, we need the webfilter protection with hundreds of students. With SafeDns, you set it and forget it.

Easy Web Based product with easy to use management. No heavy lifting from the user perspective, but delivers a solid protection.

I needed a simple and affective way to manage our home network and filter out the trash from all the good that is on the internet.

The one frustrating time was that none of the students could access Teams. One we realized that SafeDNS was blocking Teams it was a quick fix.

This was easy to integrate with the wifi network at our church, where we have a free wifi network connection.

End user does not know what is wrong or if something is being blocked; and yes, there is a blocked page warning configured.

SafeDNS allow us to accomplish specific requirements from the CTPAT program (U.S. Customs and Border Protection rules).

Even the scanners have limited access to the wan, our personnel found a way to navigate to not work-related webpages.

Safedns does a great job of making DNS based administration quick and easy.

I can't think of a thing that i don't like about it.

In China, we always get wrong DNS result for local web page. More function need for client.

Some users have figured out that they can use TOR to get around DNS blocking, I am currently exploring router updates to prevent that. Use of a VPN will also bypass overly permissive DNS blocking.

Is very easy to use and implement, the complete content filtering and content block is amazing.

At the same time, it is a great way to get control of the webpages the administrative personnel has access to, all this,  without using an expensive proxy. And the most important thing for us.

I had to contact support multiple times to trouble shoot why the software wasn’t working with my surface pro. They cater more to Apple products.

Occasionally I have trouble with the remote printing function.

My users, as well as myself, enjoy the simplicity and ease of use of this software and how it gets out of the way and allows us to concentrate on our workflow.

I love it because I can wander the classroom, keep a better eye on what my students are doing while going over the notes. My classroom management has improved and the student engagement has improved.

Easy to purchase, easy to deploy, easy to use, great price.

It is lower cost than other leading similar software, and the support is excellent.

Overall, I've been extremely happy with Splashtop Business Access. It is well worth the minimal fee for the time it has saved me and the convenience it has provided.

My experience has been great. Was having speed issues at first, call customer service and they weren't as helpful as I would have liked.

Installation was quick and easy and the program is super simple to navigate.

Ability to access multiple computers is great. Customer support very accessible.

So far, I have not had any experience that I would say was a negative experience.

It can be a little confusing to install at first but, do one and after thats, it's a breeze.

This software is very easy to use. You just send an invite out to the computer you want to remote into, they click on the link and that is pretty much it.

Some of the directions in the beginning were a little confusing regarding whether it was referring to the host or the outsider we wanted to give access to.

Splashtop can be choppy which can be frustrating if you were to use it all the time.

I also like the resolution when connecting and ability to switch the remote monitors as needed.

Copy and paste feature between screens is fantastic. Every update is a major step forward and keeps getting better.

Seamless integration and use - it is as if I am sitting at workstation at the office. Two monitor setup works great.

The only major downside is that, by default, when connected remotely, Splashtop allows for simultaneous mouse control between the admin and site user.

Easy to deploy, low resources comsuption, low bandwidth, easy for no technical users and most important quality for not expensive software solution.

Splashtop is extremely simple to set up and use. It's been extremely reliable so far in terms of connection speed and quality and is superb for the price.

Very easy to use with a simple interface. When the user is ready for remote support, just a few click/tap away and an agent can rapidly see the user's screen and help them out.

I love that I can manage the corporate non-profit finance and admin from anywhere. It's ease of use and integrations are top-notch.
