Easy to use and the support is good, price is reasonable for church.

I quite like the customer support offered to users. The option of speaking directly to a technician helps answer questions that are more time-bound than other times.

Many features missing that would be helpful and difficulty getting answers.

It is difficult for people to use, especially non-library-oriented volunteers which make up the majority of our users.

ResourceMate is absolutely wonderful. I am very pleased with both the product and the technical support.

The program is easy to use even for a non-techie like me.

Now at the church, I'm stuck with a database that I spent hours constructing and is now useless.

I am almost done with the cataloging and I have enjoyed it immensely. ResourceMate is easy to use and I just get it.

As a librarian who has not worked in a library for over 20 years, I find ResourceMate extremely user friendly and simple to use.

I don’t use the reports because I find them a little confusing.

There was an error message that showed up about liscence expired (but liscence actually doesn't not required at all) and they made me pay $80 just to figure out why that window poped up.

Each location is its own collection and all locations are searchable on the OPAC. I find this very helpful.

Over 16,000 books and 1500 DVDs are being tracked and checked in and out to some 1250 prison inmates.

Our Grade 2 students benefit greatly in being able to quickly find books at their specific reading level for their classroom book bins.

Fields cannot be renamed (to my knowledge). It is very difficult to custom design printouts, without mounting a steep learning curve.

I have no opinion yet since we have just purchased the software.

Our library is still using a card catalog  and I like not having to use a typewriter to set up each card. The print option for cards is fabulous.

I appreciate that RM is always improving the software. The new OPAC allows us to improve on the presentation which is most desirable.

Originally, and this was some years back, it was easy to use, uncomplicated, and inexpensive.

I like Searching other databases to help catalog my books. I can find Dewey# and subjects to pick from to suit my library.

I have been very pleased. I set up my whole library using this database.

I participated in the instructional opportunities provided to users which were quite helpful and deepened my  understanding of how to use the program more effectively.

The institution saved some money for training on the usage of Resourcemate.

The software has been user-friendly and the learning curve for basic functions has been stress-free. I particularly appreciate the ISBN retrieval feature when onboarding new items.

We've let our subscription lapse and probably won't ever renew it as your product no longer meets our needs.

The stability of this software is its best characteristic. The software code is well-written and very stable.

It is easy to search for an entered title, and make changes if they need to be made. The price is within the available budget.

Overall we are very happy with the PEARL units. For the cost of the unit, it is a must for any business who is looking at traffic patterns.

We were paying a large amount of money to a company that does not have good support. We are happy we switched and we have saved a good bit of money, even with a 3 year plan.

We switched to this counter and software subscription after our traditional security gates quit working.

We rely on door counts for staffing, programming, and planning for our library. I am also very thankful for the one on one training and offer of ongoing support.

It is really easy to use and the real time app lets us see when we are nearing capacity and need to put a temporary hold on guests entering the space.

None that I can think at this time, however, for the experience I have using this software, I doubt there are any cons.

Great software for tracking your people counters.

It is easy to access and understand. Setup was not difficult at all.

The reporting options are incredibly detailed and fun to use.

Lots of features for exporting data, as well as visual reports that are pre-made that you can use. Very granular if needed.

The door counters are working well, but when we first installed them it was difficult to set them up with our wireless internet.

We haven't found anything we are unhappy about at this point.
