The best features are being able to remotely provide access to workers or servicemen I have coming to any of my buildings. I also like that I am able to see what's going on in real time.

I like how the software is straight forward and easy to use. It doesn't over complicate the process.

They have outstanding customer service and a terrific community to help us get started with the product.

We tried tech support but they had no idea what we meant.

Don't like how Brivo does not do any direct sales and that we have to use a middleman. Also, the app is unreliable at times and often crashes for Android devices.

To my real estate friends, run from this product due to the customer service. I inherited this system.

Overall we have had a very good experience with Brivo Systems.

We spend less time managing the Brivo system than products from our past and more time reaping the benefits of a cutting edge access control platform.

We have been using Brivo exclusively for access management for 11+ years and are very happy wit hit.

It was very easy to add and remove employees. The app provided a great solution for the end of physical keycards.

There is no way to do this quickly anymore, and now instead of taking me 30 seconds to create rules it takes literally ten minutes... why was this changed. It made the whole process much worse.

Integration was handled through our IT department and was easy.

The fact that although I have not been properly trained, it is easy to navigate.

Easy Access and real simple enough for all our customer to understand.

I like that we can deactivate badges down to the hour. It helps with emergencies and with making sure that anyone that shouldn't be allowed does not have access.

Constant failure on the Boards, Tech Support is Horrible and Product Fails too much.

Difficult to quickly access features that we need to adjust opening and closing times of our door.

The conversion to the new software is confusing for customers and us as an integrator to know who has merged and who hasn't.

Our overall experience has been good. It is easy to train new employees on the system.

We utilize the scheduling and group scheduling to help control access to our buildings.

Ease of access, ability to review activities on the employee/access card I wanted.

When the panels lose power all users are defaulted to out of facility. This causes antipassback issue.

For what it's worth, I have a pretty good base-understanding of access control systems (as in, I can create a group, user, pull some reporting, etc).

Ease of use and login to software is extremely useful to us.

The old software is more user friendly, very easy to use.

Excellent Tech Support, easy to use interface, but not a fan of the constant changes to the interface.

Implementation guides etc. are woefully inadequate and don't give nearly enough detail for actual implementation.

The downside of Portnox CLEAR is the very limited monitoring tools, that are essential for managing some aspects of the network. It also is on the higher pricing range.

It is cloud based, comparatively easy to configure and use, reasonably priced, does not affect PC performance, and has all the features I require in a NAC solution.

It's a really good solution and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I still can have local radius for case of disconnection. I succeed to implement required policy.

Ease of deployment, we were up an running in an hour.

The advantage of Portnox CLEAR is that it is very efficient, highly effective, and user-friendly. Its network security features provides high quality protection against viruses and cyber attacks.

The solution is so simple to work with that we figured out 90% of it prior to our onboarding, which by the way was still very helpful.
