  • Pros

  • Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.
  • The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.
  • Cons

  • Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.
  • Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.

  • I love how affordable this product is. I also love that it protects your devices from threats.
  • Overall I am happy with the norton software, it is easy to use, intuitive and user friendly. The security level is very high and norton offers excellent customer service for their products.
  • Cons

  • It can be slow at times and lags plus in order to get some of the premium features that works with it you have to pay for it.
  • The product stall my computer, leaving the network vulnerable to unwanted quest.
