My experience has been great from both perspectives. I love the simplicity of the user face of the platform. I also enjoy the record keeping and how the product has grown over the years. We've been using donor box since 2020 and to see how responsive the developers are to the needs of non-profit organizations, but also keeping in mind the donor needs and wants has been great. We have nothing but positive feedback from our donors about their experience on donor box and we will continue to use it. From a security standpoint we have not had any issues and that matters when you're talking about fiscal management. It is not expensive and they have a lovely and friendly customer service. The system is very easy to use, accurate and easy to complete website forms. We have a really good emailing system that warns when a payment is made and a great donation tracking report. We do not use it for event management, volunteers and staff so we cannot give a feedback for these sections. #### Cons I did not have any bad experience with Donor box, it promptly send us an email to let us know if a payment failed so we can contact the customer.
