I can't think of anything that I don't like about this software.

I love the weekly reminders that prompt me to update my team's goals on a regular basis. I also love to use the tracking features that measure the progress we've made on our goals.

When we first joined Mission Met the dates were in US format - being in Australia this was confusing.

I use the product across a mix of sectors with all clients advocates and fans of both the deployment process and the functionality of the software. An awesome and easy to use system.

I liked the ability to break down the goals into subgoals and keep track of progress as well as include co-collaborators in the updates. The weekly reminders are very helpful.

I really like that Mission Met is easy to use, is intuitive, has saved me time reporting to our Board and helped our executive keep track of our plan and hold each other accountable.

Really helpful for me as a Board member to be able to see the progress and goal-setting of the organization while still having everything very organized and laid out by teams, goals, and stages.

Ability to expand/collapse view allows for ease navigation between sections. Also, being able to link documents or websites allows for easy reference.

There is a layer of 'added steps' that can be frustrating. You can not directly edit or change without going down an additional layer, e.g. Edit Notes.

The color rating for progress makes for really easy and positive conversations each month with my manager as well as with the person I manage.

Also, the intial e-mail to invite the board members or staff seemed to confuse them, or they just ignored it.

My overall experience using Mission Met is great. Everyone on our team can see where and how they are contributing to our work and are motivated to do their part.

Software is very robust and intuitive. I can easily structure and modify content.

Ease of use with ability to integrate into daily work.

It has been great and easy to use, plus we have a great facilitator which guides us.

The ease with which we collaborate and communicate has increased exponentially due to the software platform, and the transition was well-received by our team.

The program is very easy to use for donation tracking and works well with Vanco for online donations and events.

Trail Blazer is quick and easy for all staff to use.

All kinds of reports can now be pulled for mailing lists, donor specific info for a board member communication, and more. The Support team is very quick to respond and always pleasant to work with.

The missing piece was bookkeeping integration and their event registration didn't have an integrated calendar.

Their customer support is excellent from the simplest questions to the most complex issues they are patient and yet quick to help.

Lots of Search & Record set up options and very good support.

I work for a small nonprofit organization with limited staff capacity. We have used Trail Blazer Non-Profit Manager for several years.

Which leads to my other con: The interface is unimaginably ugly.

When we do not have a lot of time for database maintenance in the first place due to budget constraints, it can be quite frustrating.

Amazing tech support from incredibly patient people - can't say enough how important this is. Seamless integration with FEC for super easy electronic filing.

Good way to keep contacts and see history of giving. Like the support and easy way to use it.

No pre-paked campaigns such as Year-End Drive. Missing important features.

I looked at all the options and chose the one that met our needs. Software Advice did a lot of the homework and saved me time and money.

As a non-profit person, there are a lot of things I don't like about it. I think to sum everything up it's bulky and not made to do what I need in the field I'm in.

There have been a few things that have been hard to do find to edit.

Great experience overall. Customer service is always so helpful and willing to walk you through any problems.

And while it may not have one or two third-party APIs I might like, it does work seamlessly with our credit card processing company, so that donations go right into our database.

The guys are extremely accessible and helpful. They are willing to walk me through a process, or just do it for me - whichever I request.

I am a raving fan and I have used Blackbaud, DonorPerfect and many other fundraising or donor tracking software.

In the end, Trail Blazer rose to the top for the ease of use, the support structure, and the fact that we could make the transition without hidden costs or additional fees.

Customer Service has been EXCELLENT. You won't find a better team anywhere.

The support team is responsive, always friendly.

It is light-years beyond Excel and serves us better than any other online system that we've looked into.

There's a lot that I dislike about the user experience of this database.

It is the best single decision I've made for my non-profit in the past 10 years. The customer services is outstanding, and I love the system.

After trying two other donor management softwares that offered little or no help, Trailblazer's amazing service is a welcomed benefit.

This product organizes and stores data well. It integrates with our website and payment vendor.

I don't like that it's only available on PC, and I have to use remote desktop on my Mac laptop. Mailings are really difficult - households aren't very use-friendly.

Trailblazer is easy to use and the customer support is very helpful when questions arise.

CornerHouse is a non-profit that conducts forensic interviews of abused children, teens and vulnerable adults.

Amazing customer service. Quick to respond to email or phone call.

And the ability to pull information Searches by a variety of Attributes, which can be added to. Use of mass email communications is great and easy to use once templates are set up.

The  Attribute section is very helpful. Also - when I call for support it has always been a very helpful and pleasant experience.

Over the few years that we have had it, the company has made substantial improvements on a continuing basis.

We also have Deacons, Priests, Bishops and the Archbishop and their titles are always used. When signing up they will sometimes add it to the first names block.

I have learned a lot about how to use this database, however, I am often frustrated at how clunky it is.

Also, and this is critical for us, the software support, training and consulting is worth every penny you pay for the annual license and more.

It's simple enough and has all the basics that are needed for a successful CRS platform for nonprofits without breaking the bank.

Ease of entering donations and printing thank you letters with various templates. Ability to search for specific donors and send merge letters to them.
