Being in the finance department, I'd be remised if I didn't note that the underlying accounting functionality is superb.

Company seems more focused on billable hours that assisting their customers to be successful.

Staff had a very hard time catching on to how to use the program. Due to Personify's lack of response and problem solving we lost a large amount of money.

Finding products was difficult. Also, I struggled with taking payments, which should have been easy.

We came from IMIS and Personify is so much better. We are working with Personify to fully appreciate the tools Personify has to offer.

I have come to know several of the 3 years we have been with them and value their personalities, skills, and attention to detail. They are genuinely great people to learn from and be around.

My supervisor just told me that it was our two  year anniversary with Personify and I literally couldn't believe it. I still struggle every single day with it.

The best feature of the the software is being able to email questions and contact tracking to department supervisors for specific members.

We have gotten used to most of the functionality and have found work-arounds for most of the things the system doesn't readily provide so as to avoid customizations.

I like the fact that Personify integrates with nearly any association  software application. From registration to learning, Personify partners are easy to find.

We are switching back to Daxko in November and we are all very excited to see our functionality improve and our membership numbers increase.

There are too many ways to do the same thing and this causes confusion when being trained how to the use the software.

This program is maddening from start to finish.

Refunds were easy to process. I liked that we had the ability to use contact tracking through the software to notify coworkers about issues with certain customers.

I liked the facility visit reports for members, they were very detailed and official looking, easy to create for members who needed them for their employers. Merging customers is rather easy.

I guess the biggest thing I liked about Personify was the ease of checking people in at the front desk. Even looking a member up was easier than our last software program.

There are too many things that you can click on that are not necessary for our association to use. The subsystem names for membership types and programs/classes were more confusing.

But what I think is most important is the quality of people that work at Personify.

Easy to use, learn and update all client information.

Personify is a great tool to coordinate member specifics including but not limited to purchases and tenure. The reports feature is a great tool and easy to use.

Again, their ability to integrate with so many vendors is key.

I suspect that has more to do with their size of staff than the actual quality of their support, so I don't really want that to be considered a negative.

My overall experience with Personify360 has been good. After using for a period of time, the software has become easier to use.

This program tries to be all things to all kinds of organizations but it is a terrible fit for what I do.

We, however, have numerous integration points and are able to deliver a seamless single-sign-on experience for our customers, and in general are very satisfied customers.

So many people had issues with their online profile and it caused a lot of head aches.

Newly implemented dashboard are extremely versatile and powerful, but sometimes a touch cumbersome if you need a look at data. Great tool to develop and maintain KPIs.

It's been positive for managing relationships and for data mining.

I have been pleased with the content of reports in particular.

I feel it is far harder to use than helpful. The features it offers are great but it does not make it worth the investment.

Tessitura also offer a Tessitura Network Express Web (TNEW) website solution for online bookings which integrates well with the Tessitura software.

The near-infinite report customization can be a double edged sword because any tick-box accidentally checked (or unchecked) may dramatically change the content of a report.

Company fully understands the requirements of the industry that it is targeting. There is an excellent community with end users willing to engage and help each other.

It is very archaic-looking, confusing, and hard to find things.

It holds a wealth of constituent data and we can write our own SSRS reports in-house to query this data.

It is a powerful piece of software with many customisation options that, when configured and utilised correctly, proves a useful tool.

It is an effective organizational and ticketing program which allows for many customization options to adjust the system as needed.

Ugh, ok, repeat entries were the scourge of my job.

The worst part of this software is how easy it is to give an order to a different patron. There are no warning signs and this has been a common problem around the office.

Tessitura is the biggest and worst CRM you can use. It has a giant network of constantly evolving apps, fixes and test cases.

Tessitura is a fantastic software that helps me to track and process huge amounts of data.

I can look up a constituent and see exactly when they came, what donations or purchases they have made, etc. The tech support is robust.

It has been relatively easy to upgrade our software/database version following the very useful documentation found on the Tessitura Network website.

Integrates with many other common industry systems (mail2, Boca, etc.). Great reporting capabilities.

It has a great ability to customize and tracks data way better than SABO. The best part of this software is when it comes to selling subscriptions.

This software is really difficult to learn and train others on. The UI is confusing and it is difficult to find what you are looking for.

Very good overall, it does exactly what is needed for a busy venue.

Additionally, it is relatively easy to make a mistake and accidentally give a ticket to a different person than intended.

I like that Tessitura is a non-profit helping other non-profit organizations. They truly take feedback from end users and improve the software every year.

Support is amazing, very quick to answer any queries, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the software.

I like that there's a visual layout you can view to see which seats are taken and what kind of ticket they're purchased under.

Every arts organization uses Tessitura for a reason. All encompassing, it's reach is impressive, limited only by its users organization.
