"It's easy to configure settings on forms, and the peer-to-peer and auctions features have been useful to add-on."

"Their team is also very open to feedback and frequently adds widgets and edits to the system in response to feedback."

"The team is incredibly helpful - making sure we understand how to best use the software, sharing updates, meeting when I have questions, and providing other tools along the way."

"The glitches mentioned above, as well as more not described, resulted in long lines, lost bids, upset attendees, and frustrated staff. And, because they do not have any support available outside of business hours Monday through Friday, we had no way of helping people or resolving the issues."
