Pros
- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- I really enjoyed the level of commitment of the Tatango team to make my campaign a success.
- Incredibly user friendly -- great visual previews. You can teach someone to use this in about 5-10 minutes.
Cons
- Could do more with targeting - limited to including 'any' or 'all', can't do a mix (If I wanted to send recent users who also had a tag, but then exclude a different group).
- There has been very little explanation for this, and as an organization that uses this 5/7 days of the week it's disappointing.
