I found the templates to be too confusing to figure out when my mind just wants to write, so I always opted to just build my own.

I've had a very positive experience with Plottr. I've enjoyed having so much detail all together.

So I create a scene, type in the information, then grab the mouse to choose where the next scene I'll enter is.

Can't write without Plottr. Didn't know what I was missing.

Plottr has helped me organize my narrative and introduced me to a wonderful community of other users.

The ability to have my entire book universe all in one file for easy referencing/copying/tagging is huge. I use the Series view as my overall Universe Timeline and build the books off of there.

Love the easy to use dashboard and it's aesthetically perfect. Great for planning my books and keeping them in one place.

Plottr has helped me have one easy-to-access place to keep my plotting work (I have PlottrPro, so I can access it easily across devices). Also, the customer service is superb.

It's been most useful in the first area, simply as a great communication bridge between me and my editor.

No Undo/Redo for changes in the plot text fields.

I like that it just focuses on the plotting. It doesn't try be all things, and that makes the software so much more accessible, and so much better for incorporating into my existing process.

Storing mission critical information in only one place makes me worry.

One problem I encountered was a lack of hot keys.

Between the ready-made templates, community templates, and the ability to build your own, you can structure Plottr to fit any project or writing style.

Excellent writing and organizational tool that easily integrates with my scrivener.

The fundamental function of having scenes built at the intersections of chapters (or sections) and storylines fits perfectly with people's understanding of a story.

I've been trying to write fiction for years and every time I started with a vague idea and began to scribble along, I ended up feeling lost.

Also, ability to visually track multiple storylines is helpful. Export to Scrivener function integrates nicely with my process.

What I like best about Plottr is that I can write a scene and not fret over where to place it because it's so easy to shuffle it to another more pertinent part of the story.

If you're a beginner or an expert, I would recommend this. It's easy to lay out your novel even if you're a pantser and it's definitely worth the money.

Outstanding software for outlining story and series plots.

Overall my experience has been wonderful. I love using it and it just keeps getting better and better.

The ability to track characters, create sheets, notes, and make myself a comprehensive but not overwhelming (like World Anvil) series bible is just... chef's kiss.

I can sit at my desk with a clear understanding of what my next steps are and the required overall work on my project. It covers the daily tasks and the big picture vision.

Overall this program is amazing and something I always recommend, especially to new authors needing help with outlining. Plottr is versatile and easy to use.

I can divide up timelines for subplots and track characters and settings with ease. I love the feature where I can add photos to locations for setting.

I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

I have not reached out to customer service so I would not know how to rate that. It is overall an OK software.

Don't offer a read-only mode, to prevent users from accidentally change the content.

This is the best app for taking notes and keeping on track all my life. Very friendly interface and easy to use.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.
