I love working in Scrintal, and it has certainly changed the way I do notemaking, and as I'm also developing my own take on PKM Scrintal has proven to be the perfect tool for it.

Scrintal has a fresh perspective on PKM and advanced note-taking. It counts with excellent connection of notes through hyperlinks which makes it a powerful connector of ideas.

No steep learning curves, just sign in and get going. I can't think of anything better or more convenient/easy to use than Scrintal and have been addicted to this ever since.

Ve used just about every productivity app available. After using each  for a few weeks, they leave me feeling that something is missing.

As I engage with the community and learned different frameworks for knowledge management, my knowledge base started containing not just notes about my research but notes about all aspects of my life.

Overall, I am satisfied with using the product though it is in beta. The community interaction by the product owners is amazing.

I can even listen to music just by linked it in a card, without annoying additional windows/tabs - without ever having to leave the page.

The missing priority for me is collaboration so I can use it with other people. They told me it is coming soon so let's see.

Extremely beneficial experience. The process is just as important as the product to the developers, so in using the product one thinks about why in addition to how they want to accomplish their task.

When I finished, I looked at the Scrintal page and realized what my problem was with the other apps: they restrict my thinking. They attempt to force my mind to adhere to their template.

At the same time, they are able to keep the visual of the app clean enough to make our ideas and notes the central piece of everything. I am really surprised how good Scrintal is for an alpha product.

It is still in beta so a few key features are missing such as import.

Scrintal is all about making note-taking visual, which makes it feel like working with paper on a huge desk. It  has all the benefits of working with paper with not of the negatives.

I still miss some features in Scrintal, especially transclusion / embedding of cards or text-blocks into other cards.

I can move things up and down, zoom in and out effortlessly. Finally, I love how I can go into focus mode inside a node and start writing on a blank screen.

The sheer thoughtfulness behind the features is simply put: je ne sais quoi. Extremely convenient, easy to use, simple and minimalistic in approach but full of useful features.

The software is fairly intuitive, but can be tricky to discover and use all the features.

I would highly recommend Notability if you are looking for a reliable digital notebook because it has all the useful functions you would need.

Overall very user friendly software, perfect for beginners and technology experts. Very easy to use and navigate around, all the tools are fairly self explanatory which is great.

Notability has a pretty nice note organization system. The ability to record audio notes is a great feature.

Changing the fonts for each notes also quite fun as i can choose more relax or casual fonts for personal notes.

I find that occasionally the copy and paste function can be a bit finicky. Other than that, I have no real complaints.

I love Notability for its ability to let me type or handwrite notes and have those notes sync across my iPhone, Mac, and iPad. Notability allows me to edit notes and e-mail them as well.

Being able to draft my notes from my phone & continue where I left off on the bigger iPad screen is a great experience thanks to its flawless synchronization.

I would recommend it if you have the money but there are plenty of free options to choose from.

It is a great product with an excellent interface and generates a great satisfaction in all aspects.

This software is just what the doctor ordered to allow me to take notes during client interviews, keep them organized, convert them into popular formats and export them through email.

The ease of use and UX are way better than any other similar tools. The audio recording and its synch with the note taking is a killer feature and works like a charm.

Some sudden crashes made the experience frustrating due to unexpected reboots because of errors, since a few months, however, everything seems fixed and working as expected.

Notability is immediately appreciated because it makes you achieve greater organization, and therefore productivity.

They have unfortunately switched to the subscription model for new users though, which was disappointing. I love the personal customization options, and the robust document editing capabilities.

My overall experience with Notability is that its the notetaker that I keep coming back to for its dependability, ease of use, and intuitive features.

You can create folders that are easy to access with as many separate notes as you need, and you can create categories to separate the folders. Everything is super easy to access and create as a user.

The feature I like most with Notability is the ability to screen mirror pdfs to my tv. Being able to do this makes it quick and easy to share and edit documents  with my students.

The software has a great organization feature where it is very easy to organize all the notes.

On its last version now you have to pay for it and it is expensive.

Overall this software is great, I have used it for about 3 years and once you learn how to use it it works great.

In the past I have had some problems using the desktop version.

Very rarely, there can be glitches and lagging but it is usually when a new update of the app comes out.

Notability on an iPad is the single best application for business purposes that I have purchased. Using this with an Apple Pencil is like using pen and paper.

Very intuitive and easy to use. From my first use I was able to navigate easily and share notes and projects to upload for school work for a grade.

It kicks you out for no reason and deletes you work if you don’t do something.

Notability is a mobile-based note-taking solution designed to help individuals manage projects ideas with sketching and PDF annotation tools. It allows employees to build hand-crafted notes using web pages, GIFs or photos, scale, rotate and recolor ideas, and organize them with custom dividers or subjects. 

Notability enables users to combine multiple outlines or sketches and share them with peers via third-party platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, AirDrop and more. Users can prepare searchable multi-page PDFs and make use of left-aligned typing with various fonts, sizes and colors.
