Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • We had connected our Stripe account and were up and running in less than one hour. The reporting seems really in depth and excited to be able to run reports in many different ways.
  • Robust platform from which you can build a large customer base with different types of subscriptions. High level of customization.
  • Cons

  • I never had this problem with my previous provider and they aren't even a billing or invoicing company.
  • Missing the possibility to be able to add multiple invoice rovs to an invoice.

  • The records being detailed with their date and time is also a huge plus as it helps me look, investigate or keep track of what I need to pull up for payments and billing concerns.
  • I love how everything is easy to use, it gives you control over a lot of things that stripe does not.
  • Cons

  • The software was missing some functionalities that I would think would be standard with a billing and payment oriented software. The billing periods/cycles were not easily customizable.
  • I understand the platform is just letting me know I can contact support for any issues and how but for experience users that know how to do this already, it can just be a little annoying.
